They worked very well. I paid them an additional $60 for them to do the kitchen because they worked from top to bottom and didn't have time to get to it. I think if I do it again, I would ask them to do the kitchen and bath first and then do the rest of the house. They were very thorough. They were fine. One of them spoke a little english and the other spoke only Spanish. Overall, the experience was good.

I called and left a message with the answering service. They never called me back.

They responded very quickly on the phone & were always very polite. They came & gave an estimate in 24 hours & followed up promptly. The house looked great after they had finished, although the windows were very smeared. When I called to tell them this, they came round & cleaned the windows to remove the smears. They followed up after they had completed the service (& windows) to make sure I was completely satisfied.They may not have been the cheapest, but they were the most polite & responsive & easiest to deal with.

I pay $70 a week. They are not anything great nor are they the worst, they are fine. They call the day before and let you know they are coming and have been reliable and have showed up on time. The work that they do is very good.

Asked for credit card up front, were available when needed. But for the price quality was very poor, floors not clean only the minimum was done. It was like dealing with a huge impersonal cleaning machine

Everything went fine and the house shone when they left. I was very pleased with their service. It felt like a large load was lifted from my shoulders.

Very disappointed overall. This is a pretty big company with centralized quoting, communications. After getting a quote for services then having an initial cleaning for $325 and being pretty satisfied even though it was pricey - I called them back to confirm and book how much it would be for ongoing services. I spoke initially with a customer service executive who gave me a quote but I wanted washing our sheets before setting the beds included. Afterwards I spoke to the owner Shirley - who said that washing sheets would cost another $25! So I said OK - forget washing the sheets and we agreed on a total of $134. They came to clean for the first time and they would not even touch our beds - would not SET them even though we provided the clean linens. No one really spoke good english - so there was calling back and forth to the main office. Next day - I called and they told me that setting the beds was not an issue - the issue was that they were spending to much time in my house and have to charge me more or else there would be no profit! I said I would like to speak with the owner since she was the one who I negotiated the price to begin with. She was on a "conference call" both times I called and never called me back. I got a letter from her in the mail a week later - very professional saying sorry but if you want our cleaning services you need to pay ~$150 PLUS TAXES. Honestly - I am not one of those pain in the butt people who complain about anything often but I felt this overall experience was impersonal, overly bureaucratic, "nickel and diming" - when all I really want is responsible, honest people who will do what they say to enter my home.

I thought they were great. I was here the whole time and the two ladies were very fast and efficient. They were also pleasant and professional.

They were professional and excellent. They organized slightly and I was able to find everything after they left.
