An awesome, seamless experience. The customer service, the detailed report after and the price could not be beat. Communication was a major component and the work was excellent. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs their vents cleaned.

The two gentlemen they sent to clean my ducts were very professional. They explained everything they were doing in detail. They did a great job and they cleaned up the area when they completed the job.

Kate was able to get me a convenient appointment and called the day before to confirm. Appointment time was 8am-10am, and Mike was at my door by 8:15. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected, but Mike explained every step of the way and and asked for permission before cutting Sheetrock. He was polite and professional. I feel safer now that dryer vent is clear!

The entire Green Ductors team is awesome. From the start, Igor reached out to me shortly after I entered my HomeAdviors request. Unfortunately, I was unable to reply to him right away. He was very good with following up and when I was finally able to respond I had the pleasure of working with Olga. She was very agreeable and really worked hard to find a time for the work to be completed. When duct cleaning day arrived, Alik arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time (8 AM) and waited in my driveway until I motioned to him that it was ok to start. Before he entered my home, he removed his shoes. We walked around the house looking at the vents and my heating system. Next, he brought in all of his machines and gear. He worked tirelessly for almost 6 hours cleaning all of the vents (dryer vent included) He took a bunch of before (YUCK!!!) and after (sparkling clean) pictures. He was really a master at his craft. My entire family noticed that by the next morning our allergies felt better, our noses less stuffy and the air in our house seemed much cleaner. I will not wait as long as I had previously for my next air duct cleaning. I would not hesitate to hire Green Ductors again. In an age where many home improvement contractors talk a big game and then don't deliver, Green Ductors delivered a top notch service at a reasonable price. My sincerest thanks to them for a job well done.

Friendly efficient and responsive

This company is awesome. The showed up on time, did an evaluation and explained what they were going to do, and worked for 3.5 hours straight without interruptions. They took their shoes off in my bedrooms when I asked, were polite, very neat and extremely professional. The guy who came was Vano? and he was great. Price was reasonable for the work done. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who would like vent cleaning done in their home. Great Job Green Ductors!

Transparency, in my opinion, is one of the most crucial factors in hiring people to come into your home and perform various services. After doing my research regarding duct cleaning, which included reading an article published by Home Advisor which reads, Inspecting and cleaning just the furnace costs $100 to $300 or up to $500 if you include an AC unit. Cleaning an AC unit alone runs $50 to $200. Duct cleaning services include any parts of these that air passes over, including the blower, fan and heat exchanger. I scheduled my service, which I assumed to be comprehensive (Premium Package). When the technician arrived to my home, the first thing he told my wife was that the blower was dusty and he could clean it for an additional $195. I called Green Ductors thinking there was a mix up somewhere. When I arranged for my cleaning, Igor didn't mention that the blower was not included or that it would cost extra; in fact, there was no mention of the blower whatsoever until the tech came to my house. Apparently there is a Platinum Package that includes blower cleaning. This was not offered to me, nor was I even made aware of its existence. Green Ductors apologized that my experience was misleading - then a manager followed up via text saying that the technician would vacuum the blower. The technician vacuumed around the outside of the blower casing, essentially not addressing the issue he pointed out from the beginning. I found Green Ductor's misleading approach to landing a sale (sell a low price point on the phone, then upsell from the minute they walk in the door) offputting from the start. I was prepared to reevaluate my experience when the manager offered to vacuum the blower, which I found a decent compromise); once I realized that the technician was directed to vacuum around the blower, I realized that was simply an empty appeasement. While the service was fine, I have no tolerance for a company that undersells to get in your front door and then starts to upsell. I thought it would be better. Had I known that the comprehensive cleaning would cost $700+, I would have shopped around for more quotes. Ask questions, get things in writing, be clear that you don't want to be upsold. I regret my experience with Green Ductors.

Very good communication. Was willing to conduct a majority of business via email. Texted and called to inform me of all updates. The technician explained several aspects and requested my confirmation whenever anything deviated even slightly from what I might have expected. He even took off his shoes when he came in the house.
