I only recommend Green Air Care for dryer cleaning if you don't care about your lint not being caught in a bag, and flying around outside. There were several issues with this company: They let all the dryer lint fly out between our two buildings as opposed to the last company we used that cleaned it and collected the lint with a bag. I couldn't use Green Air Care again for this reason. Also the technician had car trouble, which we were told about, but we were also told he'd come around 3:40 pm and he showed up at 5:20 pm when it was almost dark, so his work was in the dark. Another issue is that I had specifically called them and asked to have the outside vent cover ("bird cage" type) replaced by a louver type cover. I was told the technician would have it, but when he arrived he knew nothing about this. Anyway he couldn't have done this in the dark. The previous company we used also cleaned the dryer itself more extensively. On the positive side, the technician was very nice and honest and did his best with the tools he had.

My experience with Green Air Care exceeded my expectations and improved my quality of life. They meticulously cleaned the filthy HVAC system in my apartment for an extremely reasonable price. The technician was knowledgeable and customer service was excellent. A professionally maintained home ventilation system is your best defense against the toxins in our environment. If you value your health have Green Air Care clean your heating and cooling system ASAP !

Our repair tech went above and beyond to get the job done well. We had a mysterious leak in our dryer exhaust vent. He found the entire length of exhaust hose (about 25 feet) throughout the wall and ceiling and replaced it all, re-installing it within a few hours. Our technician was courteous and thoughtful. He didn't create any unnecessary holes in our walls or ceiling in tracking down the ventilation line.

The tech took time to clean the vents, seal them properly and also tested (visually and with equipment) to satisfy us that the job performed was per to our satisfaction. I have had similar work done by someone else previously and they have rushed it through in 15-20 minutes. This tech was at the home for about 1 hour to make sure we resolved the heating unit condensed air vent and dryer vent cleaned thoroughly.

They contacted us very soon after requesting a quote to clean our dryer vent. They were reasonably priced and did the work quickly and efficiently. We will be calling them again to do our heating and ac vents in the spring.

I submitted a request to Home Advisor late night for a pro to clean my dryer vent. I was contacted by them the next morning, discussed the project and was quoted a reasonable price and contracted with them. The technician arrived a half hour earlier than expected, looked at the job, discussed it and proceeded to clean the dryer vent. My dryer venting, since the laundry room is in the front corner of my house, is down to the basement and runs back to the back wall of the house for 28 feet and vents outside. He did the job in a most professional manner, cleaning up after the job was over and even cleaned the inside area of the dryer where the filter screen is housed. We are totally satisfied with the professionalism and manner in which the tech worked and with the completed job. We would recommend them to anyone who needs their dryer vent cleaned.

First I must give points to Dimitri for his immediate response, continued persistence, and follow-up calls. Initially I just wanted to get the names of service people but wasn’t ready to hire due to sewers being installed on my street resulting in traffic closures making access to my home difficult if not impossible. When I was ready he scheduled an appointment for the following day. He was on time, extremely polite – even removed his shoes before walking in my home because it was raining – and did an excellent job cleaning my dryer. Very professional and very proficient. He even thanked me for catering to the small business owner. I highly recommend his services and I will certainly be a repeat customer.

Phenomenal customer service and the technician that came to my house was very professional, on time, and very knowledgeable. For $299, I now have a clean duct system, sanitized, safe and clean dryer vent and the peace of mind that I am good for a few years. I will ONLY use this company for maintaining my HVAC duct system going forward!
