They were very diligent in getting the job done right. The had called in advance, prior to arrival as promised. They worked effortlessly and did a very nice job in getting our system and ducts cleaned. We would highly recommend them to others.

The representative who came to do the job was polite, engaging, knowledgeable and very helpful. He completed sweeping the chimney and issued a confirmation certificate in good time, and Jeff the fireplace beat and tidy with the flue closed and grate reinstalled. He even offered to help me change a light bulb that was on my ‘To Do’ list that required a ladder in an awkward spot. Very impressed.

I am very pleased with the quality of the response that I received after I had a bad exeriece with the subcontractor Safety First Maintenance/Vincent DiConstanzo. Dimitri from Green Air Care took responsibility and he went out of his way to resolve the problem to my satisfaction. He also gave me advice on improvements to the roof that would insure that the leak would be a thing of the past. He has earned my trust and my respect.

The tech was efficient and friendly. That being said this is the first time I'm cleaning my fireplace, it took only around 15 mins which made me a little skeptical, so can't really give a proper opinion. The fireplace looks clean and the tech said we passed the level 1 inspection. The price was similar to what others for same service quoted.

Other than being late due to a problem at previous job site, the technician was efficient and did an excellent job.
