From the beginning, I was excited to have found Bryan's Handyman Services because they contacted me immediately, scheduled a time to assess the project, and then, wait for it...they actually showed up when they said they would! If you've tried hiring a contractor lately you know that showing up in and of itself is a rare quality these days. Bryan, the owner, and his son came out to assess our job and were very knowledgeable. They sent me a quote in a reasonable amount of time and worked with me on the project start date to accommodate some time restrictions on my end. Another rare quality that this company excelled at was communication. Once we agreed to work together, they kept me in the loop. If there was a day when they couldn't make it to the building to work on the project, they wrote to me to let me know and were apologetic about it. After phases of the project were completed, Bryan checked in with me and asked how everything was going and whether or not I was pleased with everything so far. Their communication alone sets them apart from most other contractors I've worked with. When the project was finished, it looked great! The old wall was removed and the opening was capped off perfectly. The new wall was constructed and you could never tell that it was just put up. The joints were all covered and sanded nicely before being painted over so it looks seamlessly integrated with the other walls in the room. Shoutout to the crew who worked on the project, I believe the main guy's name was George. George and his crew did a very thorough and professional job. Throughout the project and after its completion, Bryan and Josie made the billing process easy and pain-free. Would I hire Bryan's Handyman Service again? Yes, I've already called them back out to take a look at other things and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The quality of their service is far superior to any other contractor that I've worked with.

I have used Bryan for projects in the past and I keep going back because the entire process is basically outstanding. Great communication, responsiveness, high quality work, at a fair price. This was the biggest job so far - the Bilco doors were in bad shape, the cinder blocks beneath were crumbling, and the steps to the basement had rotted away. We added a light and better lock too. So lots of different skills, masonry, concrete, woodwork, electrical, and installation. What I really appreciated is that the work was done by people who clearly take pride in a job well done. This is hard to find. Everything looks GREAT, professional, clean, I could not be happier. I highly recommend Bryan and his team.

The garage is "beautiful," especially compared to the poor shape it was in before the work was done. The neighbors have also commented on how beautiful the garage looks now. The work took longer than planned because of unforeseen illnesses of some of the workers, and the rainy/ stormy weather. Overall, I feel that Bryan Grubb's company did an excellent job on the garage renovation, and I am already using the company for another job.

Everything went fantastic. They arrived for an estimate when they said they would. The price they gave was more than fair. They did the work in a clean and professional manner. Communication was fantastic.

The first time we used Bryan's service was for the rotting exterior window trim. The job was done to our satisfaction. The men were courteous and neat. The second time was to replace a toilet. Again, the men were courteous and neat. Based on these two experiences with Bryan's Handyman service we would recommend this business. We will be calling him again as needed.

Bryan, Josie and their team were great to work with on every project. I started using their services 3 years ago when they were recommended by a local realtor after the contractor that was supposed to get our new home in NJ ready for our arrival from Atlanta was a no show. We had never met on site to do a walk through so everything was done by phone but when we arrived we walked in to what had been a falling apart house that had been empty for at least 3 years and it immediately felt like home. We were worried it wouldn’t be possible with the short notice and lack of a true game plan but they were easy to communicate with, dependable, patient and quick to catch the curve balls that were thrown at them. I am not sure what we would have done without them because we were in a, there’s no turning back now situation and we were moving up to move my mother in law in with us after she had a stroke and a heart attack so it was very stressful to think we may not have a livable home when we got here. Since then they have revisited my home to fix plumbing that we weren’t able to tackle before the move and they have opened up a door way and built a staircase between two buildings for us so that we could expand our business and they were just as wonderful to work with as they were the first time around. I can’t recommend or praise them enough!

Bryan and his team consistently provide great service. I’ve used his service a number of times and will continue to do so. The crew is always thorough and professional and when they leave it’s 100 percent clean. Can’t ask for more than that. I recommend highly.

I couldn’t have asked for a better job. They were neat, precise and efficient as a team. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I plan on using them again in the future.

We contacted various drywall contractors through Angi, and received several estimates, but Bryan was not only right in the ballpark with his estimate (not too high, not too low), but he was the most honest and sincere guy we talked to. He not only offered good advice on what we should do to save on cost, but some do’s and don’ts on products available. He also worked with us on a timeline that was feasible for both of us to do the work. We completely demoed out the ceiling in one room all the way to the beams due to its deteriorating condition, and skinned the other two rooms since they were only cracked and showing signs of age. His crew was extremely courteous and efficient. They set up quickly each day to do the work for that day, accomplished more than I had expected, cleaned up at the end of each day, came back for the tape and texturing, and finished the job in three days, plus sanding and clean up. On time and on budget. I highly recommend Bryan’s Handyman & Home Improvement Services, in fact we are now moving onto another phase of the remodel and have hired him to drywall the main living room. I’m confident the job will be done right, and right on time.

I don't think i could be happier. I'm a perfectionist and happy to say so. I'm also a skilled finish carpenter myself. I needed another set of hands to help with this job and Bryan's did it all. In the end, i couldn't have done it better myself, and they even cleaned up afterward meticulously. I will be using them again and arranging for those jobs right now.

I highly recommend Bryan's Home Improvement and Handyman Services. The owner Bryan Grubb was wonderful. He and his staff assisted me in every stage of the remodeling of my bathroom. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely hire them again. A+++

Scheduled a date and time for an estimate; estimator was very punctual. Bryan worked with me on the price, we received a fair estimate. Communication was good from, scheduling estimate date, receiving estimate, postponement due to weather and follow up after work was complete. Workers did a very good job and work was completed within the time frame provided in the contract. It is very hard to find a contractor who wants to work, Bryan's Handyman Service LLC is an exception. Will hire again.

The exterior painting work went excellently. Good quality, two coats as promised. Crew started as scheduled , completed on time, arrived at work site on time each day polite and stayed on task. Our bill was exactly what was quoted -- no surprise extras! And clean work, did not find a paint drip anywhere on our new deck, patios and porch. I would definitely recommend them.

We had just come off of a super bad experience with another contractor. In fact, they were supposed to do the work we hired Bryan to do! Our experience with Bryan could not have been more different. Professional, fair, reasonable, realistic. We break a lot of stuff and will definitely be using him again!

Everything went exactly as planned. They installed laminate flooring in a closet and painted before we had a organizer system installed. Then we asked them to paint the entire first floor. The guys were professional and took care of moving everything as if it was their own. When we are ready for our next project I will be calling Bryan first.

This is the fifth or sixth time I’ve hired Bryan because the work he does is top quality. Very pleased with the result.
