He did a great job. Not only did he fix the inside of the closet before installing the shelves, but he painted it very professionally first before installing them. He did it in one morning and there were no traces of any debris left behind. This has become one of my favorite spaces to work. Thanks, Bryan!

Bryan and his staff showed great professionalism. They stayed on the job until completed to satisfaction and were willing to re-do parts of the job when necessary. They did a tremendous job installing a Bilco door with a concrete foundation built around it; the job took more time than anticipated. Installing existing sliding barn doors in the outbuilding was challenging but was done anyway. Great painting job. Always duly completed the jobs on the list.

Bryan's team is awesome. They were courteous, clean and respectful of my home and my pets. They worked long hard hours. I am so thrilled with the out come of this project. Very pleased! The repaired areas look fabulous and the crew was very respectful and hard working, and went above and beyond my expectations for the work done and the quality of the work. They cleaned up beautifully when the work was done, and put in a really long day. Also, the communication was great, they kept me in the loop and I felt like I always knew what was going on. I would definitely use this company again (in fact, I've already asked for an estimate for some additional work I want to have done) and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We are please with the worked performed. Team was punctual, professional and polite. Always laid drop clothes from the front door to the work areas. Areas were cleaned at the end of each workday. We will be using them in the future. Had a minor issue and Bryan returned next day to fix.

They arrived when they said they would. They were very courteous and efficient. I was pleased with how well they worked and how long it took to do the whole project (less than a week.) They also cleaned up the area every day before they left. He quoted a price and that is what we paid. Very pleasant experience, hard workers, professional, cleaned up after themselves. Did a beautiful job transforming our old worn bathroom into a new fabulous updated bathroom with everything replaced. Tiling job was excellent; tub and toilet installation excellent, as was the installation of the cabinets, vanity, and flooring. The renovation was completed on time during the agreed upon dates. Bryan was receptive to some changes and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them.

This is about the 5th time I've employed Bryan's Handyman Service in the past few years. Bryan's Handyman Service is my go-to person. I can always count on him and his crew to perform exactly the work that I want, in a neat, punctual and professional manner. Bryan or one of his supervisors on the job are in constant communication and let me know if they foresee any potential issues and how best to handle them. If anyone asks I would recommend Bryan's Handyman Service over and over again.

They did a great job and were done in three days . The job turned out beautifully, they put down tarps and heavy gauge plastic sheets. When done they cleaned the work area spotless right up to the door as they left.

Replaced cracked and failing stone steps on my front porch and did a great job. Excellent communication from Bryan throughout, from estimate to follow-up. Bryan's crew removed my broken porch steps (8 stone slabs) and framed out new concrete over the course of two consecutive days. Job was on time and on budget. His crew were very courteous and took real pride in their work. Bryan reviewed the work personally with a nice attention to detail. Highly satisfied--I have already recommended Bryan's Handyman and Home Improvement Service to my neighbor, and would gladly hire him again.

Exceeded expectations on all levels - quality, price, professional courtesy. I have a large screen house in my back yard that has been leaning due to rotted wood. I wasn't sure if I would be able to salvage it. Thankfully I called Bryan. His team came out on literally the coldest day of the winter so far and worked all day outside replacing each rotten piece and made the walls stand straight and sturdy. I was amazed at both the quality of the end result and their dedication to getting the job done right in such cold weather. They also installed wainscoting with chair rail and baseboard moulding in my kitchen, which looks fantastic. Keep in mind, I have a 100 year old house so my floors are certainly not level, which makes it a lot more difficult to achieve any installation like this. But Bryan's team worked through the challenges. They also laid porcelain tile in my front foyer, which came out looking even better than I had imagined. And I had an entire section of my front porch which was not secure and just not safe for anyone to lean against. Bryan's team made it solid and unshakable, I was impressed. Bryan was very responsive during the entire process if I ever had a question. He is very honest and does not beat around the bush. He earned my trust, which is a rare and valueable thing these days. I am putting together my list of next projects for Bryan's team!

Workman came on time. Completed project in one day as projected. Quality work. Very pleased with outcome. Workman were courteous and professional. Left work area clean. No mess. Would use Bryan again for a home improvement/repair project.

Outstanding work. Bryan and his team arrived on time, performed as briefed during our estimate/ contract discussions, and added value to my rental property. I appreciate Bryan's integrity and honest approach to business. I plan to use him in the future. Please find your own contractor, I plan to keep Bryan and his team busy. FYI - Bryan's estimate was about $1000 less than a competitor with a slightly fancier website. I am glad I called Bryan.

Install peephole in my front door, did a bit of a repair work on my door frame and fixed an issue I been having with a garage door lock and my bedroom lock. Did a good job for a fair price.

The crew did extensive repair work to door frames and door jams to get old doors closing well again. Then did touch up paint. Had an issue that after touch up paint a few of the doors were sticking again -- Bryan was very responsive and crew returned within 1 week to repair the few doors that had problems after the paint was dry. Did a very good job working around the issues that come up with an in-use medical office.

Although problem was not an emergency, I didn't know if the leak would get worse quickly so I called Bryan Grubb based on excellent Angie's List review. His schedule was full for the rest of the day but Bryan asked for details and and a photo of my toilet so that he could start to work on the problem. We scheduled an appointment for the next day and his men arrived at my house exactly on time. They analyzed the problem, removed the tank, and replaced the seal and the flush mechanism. The toilet still leaked a bit so they removed tank again and installed another seal. Leak gone! Bryan followed up with me the next day and a few days later. Only then did he bill me. Bryan and his crew responded quickly and fixed my problem the first time around. The cost of labor & materials was very reasonable. I will use him again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with the quality of the work done and the overall professionalism of Bryan and his crew. All of the work was scheduled over four days and by the end of the four days everything was left exactly as it was found (other than the great improvements made!). Even during the four days, by the time I arrived home from work, any work materials left at the home were contained to a small area and the rest of the house felt like no one had even been there during the day. Bryan was great about answering any questions I had and being incredibly flexible. The new drywall and light fixture in the spare bedroom look fantastic and the new shower controls and utility sink work wonderfully. I definitely plan on seeking Bryan out to do some additional work on the house because of the great experience and reasonable price.

Initially Bryan scheduled my work out a month. Due to rain it got postponed for another month. When the 2nd appt time came around there was still rain but Bryan sent 3 guys out which was too many guys for the work being done at my house. At one point, 2 were sitting on the floor like they didn't have anything to do. One guy fixed the sink which did not take long at all. The other 2 were working on the french doors. The french door project was a little bit of a disaster. It took much longer than expected and at the end of the day I had to paint parts of the door because they cut some of the wood off to make it fit the other door and I put the knobs on the 2nd door of each pair of french doors myself. One set of doors still does not close properly. After they left I realized the keys to the knobs to unlock the doors were missing. It turns out they had thrown them away. They did go find them after I asked for them back. The 3 corners of the house that were replaced were not large at all and they only used 1 ladder and yet I had 3 people there being paid by the hour. The 2 small shingles that I needed replaced were cedar to cover some wires. They did not bring cedar they brought untreated poplar. When I asked about it they said they could not find the same color wood. Keep in mind my project had been on the books for 2 months and they didn't even bring the right wood. In talking and reading about poplar later that day, I learned poplar is not supposed to be used outdoors like that and it won't hold up to the weather. I emailed Bryan asking for them to replace the poplar with cedar per my proposal and received no response. This work was done in July - my skylight started leaking in November (same spot). I did not even bother contacting Bryan because I will hire someone different to fix it. I think he is way overpriced as well. I paid $175 for caulking a skylight that did not even stay fixed for 4 months and $225 for 2 cedar shingles that are not cedar and will not hold up to the weather and they are covering wires. My material cost was high too.

I thought I would re-paint the wood around two sets of bay windows in front of house including having the rotting wood replaced. A representative arrived as scheduled and provided a detailed estimate for this. He also suggested replacing the wood with an synthetic material called AZEK and provided a 2nd estimate. I went with AZEK because it would never require repainting. The work was completed as promised. The windows look great. The workers were courteous and neat. A very competitive price and a very satisfactory result. I'd use Bryan's again for sure.

Overall the workers did a good job. There was a minor communication problem with some of his workers but Bryan would always call to clear up any concerns.

Bryan responded quickly to our calls. Work completed in timely and craftsman-like manner. Work areas thoroughly cleaned as they finished each job.

Everything went splendidly ! The work was done quickly, efficiently and cleanly. The damaged portion of the driveway apron looks as if it's been relaid, not just repaired. The new bifold doors fit well and attractively in what was once a large, blank, open doorway. The shower stall is now completely recaulked, or regrouted in the areas where grout was more appropriate than caulk, and loose tile has been reset and neatly finished. The cleanup after the job was first rate; I didn't even need to dustmop it. Bryan's guys left with estimate-photographs of the next work project that needs to be done. Not only would I use them again; I am using them again, right after the holiday season.

We hired Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service to do some repairs and painting on the exterior of our house. Most of the work was done but Bryan informed us that he could not find the siding to finish the repairs. He asked for the full payment on 9/2/15 and promised to come back and finish the job. We have not heard from him since even though we have tried to call or email several times. Even while the work was being done, we did not see or hear from him other than when he wanted his money. The job that was done was done well, but the rest of the work was left uncompleted.
