Due to structural limitations, the team was unable to install the attic stairs as initially thought but did provide an alternative option and went even further to provide a great storage area, accessible through an access door, framed and floored. The team communicated throughout the process and was very professional. I will definitely be reaching out for future updates.

The work was done very well. Power washing was fantastic and worth the money. Took a few days to complete the porch, but all work was completed well and looks great.

I had a leaking in the powder room that damaged the hardwood floor and sub floor. One thing leads to another and we decided to redo the entire powder room. It's the second time I work with Bryan and again I was happy with the results. His guys works hard, are honest and pretty smart. During the work we found that the main sewage line was totally old and cracked, and needed to be replaced. They took care of everything. The idea I had for the vanity was not very conventional and installation was challenging, and yet, in the end, I got exactly what I wanted. Pretty happy about the results.

This is the second time i've used Bryan and his team and I would do so again. His crew installed 4 brand new ceiling fans for us. It was easy to schedule, easy to agree a fair price and most importantly, his crew showed up on time and did good work. I'll be using them again when my next project comes up.

It was a horrible experience from the beginning. It took 7 months to get the doors and then they were put in by the company he hired. He stood there drinking coffee while the man put them in. He never checked their work. When done he needed to grout the doors...started and said he ran out and would be back...of course that was almost 3 months ago. So the doors are in horribly (no screws in spots, shims in others and over 1 inch gaps elsewhere) and I had to grout myself. I did not ....repeat did not have a water problem until I hired Bryan...now I do. The amount of water that kept and keeps coming in from these crappy doors have ruined parts of my crawlspace!!!!

They did a wonderful job. I had leaks that came through the ceilings and the ceilings and they look great now. Prompt, efficient, and I would use them again!

Bryan and his partner were very professional, from the original home visit to discuss the jobs, the detailed estimate of work, and the oversight of the job. We always received a phone call if there was a change in time. His crew was punctual, polite and happy to please. All jobs were done carefully and to our satisfaction. The only exception was the butcher block top. Sanding dust was not properly removed before the top was sealed, leaving a bumpy and uneven finish. Bryan was very responsive to my phone call, came to inspect the problem, and assigned other crew members to redo the job. It came out perfectly. We were very impressed with this follow up to make sure the job was done right! We would definitely use this group again.

Great job! Work was of high quality. Scheduling was very quick and interaction was professional. I will use him again for jobs in my Father's house (different location than I). Highly recommended. Price was a bit high, but you get what you pay for!

The crew arrived when they said they would and were courteous and professional. They performed work to a high standard, they were very efficient and they cleaned up after themselves after each visit. Despite running into problems sourcing a material that matched the existing conditions, they exceeded my expectations by diligently checking with numerous suppliers until they found what I was looking for. There was damage to our kitchen ceiling. Bryan's team showed up on time, very pleasant guys, took great care in protecting our hardwood floors and containing the construction debris to the area where the work was being preformed. They did an amazing job, you can't tell there was ever an issue. They left my house in the same order in which they came into, completely stress-free experience couldn't be happier with the results.

The workers arrived on time, set up and did the job in one day instead of the two scheduled. The repairs were minor. We had leak damage on our living room ceiling. They replaced that section of the ceiling, speckled and painted. They also painted accents walls in our living room. They cleaned up afterwards. Overall great job. Would use them again.

There were a few unforeseen issues, but thats to be expected in a house over 120 years old, he kept additional costs to a minimum. It went great , two men placed drop cloths in work areas . Job was completed in approximately 5-6 hours. This is the third time I have used Bryan,s Handyman,s service in the past 6 months and have been pleased with all aspects of the work done. His men completely renovated our bathroom and it is beautiful, a real show piece. His men also removed our living room ceiling , replaced the drywall and painted the room.

Initially, was very happy with Bryan's responsiveness. After several emails, we agreed that Bryan would come out on this past Thursday at 3:00. I had advised him that we had a leak in our downstairs bathroom that was seeping under our hardwood floor and causing it to buckle. I advised Bryan that it was very important for him to make it out on that day, as it appeared that the leak was spreading. At approximately 2:00 on Thursday, an hour before he was supposed to come out, we received a call from someone in his office that he could not make it because there was a delay at a previous job. We were quite upset, as we advised them that it was important that the leak be addressed, and we asked if they could come out later. The representative said that she would check and call back. She never did. I called a plumber, who came out in an hour and fixed the leak. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

It went very well. George's crew (3 total) worked efficiently and competently. They are all easy to deal with. I have used them before and will definitely use them again. This is a very good handyman service.

After receiving a detailed estimate and scheduling a date, a 2 person team came out and did a great job on a long list of smaller projects around the house - changing out several light fixtures, repairing damaged plumbing in our greenhouse, installing a weathervane, repairing bead-board which had pulled away from a wall, hanging a large, heavy mirror, repairing a garage cabinet and cutting down and recapping pvc piping that was siting too high off the ground after installation of a new septic system. All jobs were done very well in 1 day - a real convenience to find 1 company to properly address a wide variety of jobs in a quick, efficient way.

Bryan came out himself to check out what I wanted done and gave me a fair estimate a few days later. He found a dumpster for the best price, and arranged for it to be dropped off the day before his crew came out. The two guys who came to do the work were on time and professional, and had the job done in about 2.5 hours.

I have been working with Bryan for a number of years now and each time I have a renewed faith in his commitment to craftsmanship, excellence and impeccable customer service. I decided to remove a cooktop and replace it with a full gas oven and cooktop. Although I had been considering doing the mini kitchen remodel for a number of months, things just came together in a very short timeframe - just about 6 days. Bryan was able to come in; pull out a 30" cabinet, just in time for the plumber to come in and move the gas line to its recommended location. The appliance arrived within two hours of the completion of the morning's work. One of the last pieces was to wait for the granite people to come and cut the granite to accommodate the new appliance. One small error could have potentially ruined thousands of dollars worth of the stone slab. Thankfully, it all went smoothly. Bryan followed up the following morning, asking if everything was done. Within an hour George and Javier, his two best workers (in my opinion), showed up to complete the installation of the oven and complete the job. George and Javier work like a well oiled machine, working quickly, efficiently and cleanly, while solving minor problems along the way. The final product looks exactly as I had pictured. Bryan has always met and exceeded any expectations I might have had. I have used many "recommended" individuals over the years; but, since I began using Bryan's Handyman Service, I have no reason to look any further. I'm already planning my next project, so it's certain that Bryan will be coming back, at least until I run out of projects.

Bryan and his crew were great...only comment was that they left half a dozen spring clips and green wire stripping on the floor that came out of the units which concerned me as I have two little shih-tzu's and a 3 year old that puts everything in his mouth...not a big deal because I went behind to clean up...would definitely use Bryan again...am actually waiting for a quote on a job in the back yard...good work at a fair price!

Project went as smooth as could be. started on a monday morning. completed 5 days later on a Saturday afternoon. The crew was very professional and hardworking as there were several evenings that they stayed until almost 7:00 pm. They cleaned up completely every evening before leaving. The crew displayed a strong attention to detail and work ethic. We are very pleased with the end result and everyone that sees the work has loved it.
