We are preparing our townhouse for sale and hired Bryan and his team to make some improvements. The entire team did a great job and the quality of work was very good. They arrived on time every day and worked late most days to finish what they started. They also cleaned up well at the end of each night so we could use all areas of the house in the evenings. I work from home and need to be on the phone a lot so I was concerned about that, but the guys were very respectful and accommodating. It was not a problem at all. They listened to my requests and answered all of my questions. Bryan was easy to work with and responsive throughout the process. His estimate was in the middle of the three I received but I feel the lowest estimate was not at all realistic so I am confident I made the right choice. We are very happy with the results and plan to work with Bryan and his team again in the future.

Great results for both project. The trim repair loooks good as new. The Sheetrock repair was in the ceiling of the garage, so looks were not important to me, but it looks great anyway. Bryan was very helpful in helping me understand my optimism snow to stay within the building code. The team was courteous, quick and clean. I would definitely hire again.

Door installation and surrounding trim with caulking was well done- very neat. Guys cleaned up afterward too. Bryan was very responsive to emails and phone calls.

Bryan gave me the best quote and was the most responsive. In addition Bryan also gave me 2 choices of repair - replace ceiling and paint walls, or replace ceiling and add crown molding and then no need to repaint the walls as they were in good shape and a custom color. I chose the second option. He followed through with his promised times and the work was done quickly and I was very pleased. I would definitely use the service again.

We were very satisfied. Bryan responded quickly to our initial call, provided good advice, was flexible, and his estimate was very reasonable. When a prior job went long, he dropped us a line asking if it was OK to move the start date back a couple days - it was no problem and we appreciated the clear communication. On the job, his team was very professional and courteous. They were able to adjust their schedule to accommodate our needs re. not taking an extra day off work. The team took good care not to damage our carpets or stairs, and kept dust out from the rest of the house. The new ceiling is perfect and we're looking forward to hiring Bryan for future jobs.

Once the ceiling was painted, it looked great. They really did a good job matching up the texture. Once the windows were capped, there were a few areas that we were not 100% satisfied with, but when all the work was finished, it was done to our satisfaction.

The deck had not been treated properly when it was installed in 2004. Bryan's crew installed all new cedar decking and replaced many of the crossbeams. All work was carefully done, and Bryan explained everything to our satisfaction. Bryan's crew removed the old windows and replaced them. Workers were courteous and hard working. Walls were carefully repainted around the new windows.

He is pretty good. For seniors, we are not email savvy which it seems to work better for this company.. The communication was a bit tough in the beginning but worked out OK.

I found Bryan here on Angie's List and decided to try his services based on the positive reviews. This was not an easy job and I was a little leery about it. It could not have turned out any better. Bryan returned my call promptly (several other contractors here did return calls at all); within days he had visited the house, provided what seemed like a fair estimate, and we scheduled the repair. A member of Bryan's team, Javier, showed up as scheduled (in fact he was a few minutes early). He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional and finished the job in half the time expected. The workmanship was top-notch, and even came in a little under the estimate. I asked to add one additional cosmetic repair which Bryan arranged a few days later. All in all, the communication, professionalism and work quality was outstanding, I would definitely use Bryan's service again, and in fact it's a relief knowing that I now have someone I can trust for future jobs.

Bryan and his team removed an old microwave and oven to install new models. The way the originals were installed created several issues that they were able to address. They also installed a new door with the hinges reversed to swing the opposite direction. Overall, they were very professional and thorough. Will definitely be using them again.
