Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service

Everything went well, although the crew showed up a little later than expected they got right to work and finished fairly quickly. They left the work areas very clean. I am very happy with the work done . I will definitely use Bryan's Handyman's services again.

I've used Bryan many times over the past 5 years and have never been anything but extremely happy with his services and the outcome of the project. This last request; he needed to remove a ceiling fan suspended on a 30 degree sloped ceiling hanging at a point 12 feet from the ground; replace all substandard wiring to conform to current codes and, he had to do it without dismantling or moving a massive bed and integrated nightstands. Done! No problem! Bryan's crews are also amazing. Jorge, Xavier and Steve are awesome. They work cleanly, are courteous and really do care about turning out the best product to satisfy the customer. Bryan is my go-to handyman and I'll continue to use his services whenever I need a job done right!

The bed was disassembled quickly but the metal left at the curb and not hauled. I had to have metal hauled myself due to street work being done but he was professional and issued a refund for that part. I never did receive an answer on the desk assembly and so I asked while they were there and they accommodated which was good and appreciated. It took over 2 hours for the desk to be assembled which I thought odd..it was missing a few screws but just for a desk drawer. The gentlemen assembling were professional and very nice. I had to pay a lot of money for this service which I thought would cost a lot less overall. I don't often hire handymen so perhaps I wasn't sure what to expect. I can say Bryan was professional, answered quickly via text, and did issue a refund quickly when he wasn't able to haul the metal.

Excellent we were very satisfied with Bryan and his team's work. They were very professional and responsive to any concerns we brought up. One of the new screens we were not happy with and Bryan switched it out no questions asked and did not make us feel bad for asking. He seemed to be very invested in making his clients happy and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

Work was done fine, but Bryan was difficult to get response from, did not come at the time he promised. Did not provide receipt for materials purchased. Did not provide receipt for payment even after repeated request by email and phone. Rather unprofessional to work with. When I started, Bryan's Handyman had a good rating. Based on my experience, I was misled and I have doubts about authenticity and validity of Angie's list ratings.

The work was done swiftly and efficiently. Jorge and his crew did an excellent job. I have used them several times in the past, and have always found their work to be excellent.

They came out and finished the whole thing in a few hours. Very quick and well done.

He won't show up ... He responded that he will come on Tuesday 11-1, did not show up, did not pick his phone. He responded to the mail indicating he will come over today morning. But he did not show up again !!! He won't pick his phone nor respond to the mails !!!

Bryan was very flexible and accommodated a last minute change in the time required for the repairs.

We made a phone call and left a message on a Saturday morning, Within a half hour we had a response, a reasonable estimate, and a crew to our house within 2 hours. The team was polite and professional and complete the work, including taking the old toilet, in a timely manner. We couldn't be more pleased. Bryan and his team earned our consideration for the many future jobs we have coming up. Thank you, Bryan, for the ease and security of contracting out work we always did for ourselves.

The services were done in a very timely manner and the quality was excellent. The person sent out was very friendly, willing to answer all questions and very respectful of not interfering while I was seeing clients at my office. He also left the office very clean after he was finished. I would definitely hire them again!

Bryan and his guys did a fantastic job!! The work was extensive and the kitchen was upgraded with all new cabinetry back-splash and ceiling work. The guys were courteous and professional and the work was done timely, and the kitchen and bathroom look fantastic. I would definitely hire them again!!

The guys were professional, always on time, and the work was done in the time frame that they gave! They cleaned up everyday before they left, and were back right on time the next day. I can't say enough about how meticulous the guys were about making sure everything look great and done well. Bryan and his crew are now my "go to guys" whenever I need anything done on my home! Bryan and his employees are terrific! They worked at my house in Willingboro on a variety of projects. They were professional and did a great job!

Bryan provides a well thought out and thorough estimate. The crew shows up on time and is courteous and professional. The work is done well and on time. Very little guidance is required. We have been through many contractors, and Bryan is one of the few we ask back!

He gave reasonable offer but we decided to go in a different direction.

My experience with Bryan and his crew was very positive. I hired him to paint the ceiling and the walls and install flooring in a rental condo that I own. They did the work very quickly ( I think it took a week) and the end product was spot on. I could see that they paid attention to detail and left the work area very clean at the end of the job. Best of all, they did everything. I picked out the paint color and flooring and they picked up the materials, installed it and stored what wasn't needed. It was the most convenient home improvement project that I have been a part of. I would work them again.

The work performed was good when completed. I waited approx. 2 weeks to write this review because we were so angry with him. I met with him initially and within 10 seconds of coming in the house he took out his phone and asked to take pictures of one my fiance's antiques before I could answer he took multiple pictures of all his items. He did not bring the list of work to be done that I sent him so I had to tell him everything we wanted done. He got back to us in a reasonable time and my fiance just wanted the work done and I said he could deal with him on payment and the work date. They agreed on a date and time 9:30 AM. I took the day off, my fiance left work to pay Brian but had to return to work around 10:15 because Brian never showed up, he called Brian but he did not pickup or return the call. Approx. 6 workers showed up at 10:40 AM, one spoke English and explained what needed to be done to 2 workers. Everyone left but the 2 workers, most of the parts were not there as they had not arrived or were the wrong size. At approx. 11:10 AM Brian walked in, did not say hi, just can I use the bathroom, came out and left, gone... The 2 men started on the vent in the attic, my fiance came back and asked the men what was going on and they did not speak English. He called Brian again, he answered, said he was at another job, what was the big deal about the start time we were not paying by the hour, at that point I asked for the phone and said you left us with 2 people we cannot communicate with and he accused me of prejudice, at which point I told him my daughter's boyfriend was Mexican. He actually translated a conversation while the worker's were there so we could find out what was going on. No cursing on either end, I just felt a general disrespect, tell people other people will be doing the work, that was never a conversation and would not have been a problem on our part. If you can't make it on time tell people, our time is valuable also. They got off the phone at some point, the worker's just left around noon we had a hole in the roof from them working on the vent. My fiance was upset and ended up calling out of work which he cannot afford to do. Eventually Brian called back said the worker's would be back and we would be happy with what they did. His son dropped off the window parts at 1:30, the workers came back at 2 PM and were there until approx. 6 PM. They worker's are good at what they do but the poor /lack of communication left a bad taste. He never came back for his money, my fiance spoke to him and met him somewhere and paid him one or 2 days after the services were performed. I believe Brian did apologize to my fiance at some point.

Both projects went very well. They arrived on time and worked on occasion late to get the job done.

We have used Bryan before and we're extremely happy with everything, this time we had the same experience which is the hallmark of a contractor who cares about their work. We had a ceiling collapse due to poor insulation techniques and needed someone fast, trustworthy, and reliable to help us out. After I tore out the remaining drywall, and addressed the insulation issue, his team worked quickly to make sure we could get my office back ASAP. It was done quickly and for a fair price. Bryan was wonderful to work with. We live in TN and he was working in our rental property in NJ. That could have been a far more difficult situation than it ended up being, due primarily to Bryan communicating so well with us. When unexpected things came up (the house is over 100 years old; there were bound to be surprises!) he sent me pictures and explained what they were doing. He worked well with both us and our tenants. The bathroom looks wonderful and is working quite well for the tenants.

Wonderful - Bryan was very meticulous, his team was courteous, professional, honest and most of all on time. They worked around our schedule, NO surprise with the final invoice.
