Bryan was late for our first meeting to give a quote. Once we hired him, he was very slow to respond to any correspondence. He would suggest a date for work, I would accept, and then we wouldn't hear anything until after that date passed, when he would propose a new date. 6 weeks after hiring him, we gave up and went with another contractor.

My crew, Jorge, Steven, and Edwin were excellent. They arrived on time, were very respectful to my needs, and did an excellent job with wall repair and painting. They actually stayed an extra day to make sure the work was completed perfectly. They also did an excellent job preparing my home for the work, draping all areas and cleaning up after job completion.

The estimate process was quick and well done. Once we finally got a date locked down for the work to be done, 3 workers showed up and all 3 were very professional and very friendly. They were great about taking shoes off in carpeted areas and everything was cleaned up very well when the job was done. They completed everything in one visit and all owrk was done to our satsifaction. I thought the price was very fair. I definitley plan on using Bryan Grubb and team again!

We called Bryan to paint our finished basement and install new baseboard molding. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The paint lines are very clean and the molding looks great. The guys also put a fresh coat of paint on all our doors and existing molding so everything has been updated. They were very responsive, showed up on time and worked the entire time they were at my house. We will definitely use Bryan and his guys for future projects. Overall very pleased!

It went exceptionally well! Bryan responded very quickly, asked for pictures to help determine estimate, sent George and Evan within 24 hours. They arrived at expected time, explained what they were going to do, caulked shower/tub, filled in grout where it had split open, and repaired and painted the drywall that was damaged from the moisture. They were very professional and cleaned up afterward. Bryan called later to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely hire them again and refer them to friends and family.

I purchased the drop down stairs from Lowes and contacted Bryan to install them. Bryan and his guys did a great job in both the removal of the old stairs and the installation of the new one. Without asking, they took the old stairs and the new box with them and cleaned up my garage. Very professionally done!

Everything with this company went great from start to finish. The estimate was quick and easy (not to mention accurate to the final cost); the work got done when they said it would, and they didn't leave behind any mess. This was done in a tenant occupied home and they were able to get the work done in two days with minimal impact to the tenant. Excellent company that I would recommend and definitely rehire myself.

I was very impressed with the work that was done removing and replacing the frame and the weather stripping around the garage door. It was very professionally done and I was very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely be calling Bryan again for other jobs.

The estimate for the days needed to complete the work was four days; the work was completed to my great satisfaction in three days. The work crews Bryan Grubb sent were respectful of our property, informative, meticulous in their work, and always arrived on time. Because my townhome was built in 1989, Bryan wasn't completely sure he could match the original paint shade; in fact, his company did better than match it, they selected a color that is easy on and comforting to the eye, and will, I'm sure, contribute significantly to the sale of the house when we list it next year after we complete our planning for moving to another state. (The color selected also matched well with the upstairs wall coloring.) I would definitely recommend Bryan's Handyman & Home Improvement Service to any customer.

The subfloor where the refrigerator had stood was damaged by carpenter ants, attracted by water dripping from the fridge. The worker had to remove tile and what was left of the subfloor. He was efficient and careful, restoring the damaged kitchen area to a good appearance above and a sound support below.

Bryan and his team were professional and pleasant to deal with. He made his crew available to complete the work under a tight timeframe. I will use him again. In fact, I've got another job for him coming up later this month!

Bryan came out and took pictures while we discussed the work that needed to be done (banister at the top and bottom of stairs, a handrail going up the length, and re-treading the stairs to match the new flooring). He gave me a quote that was better than the ones I had received before, and provided me a breakdown of cost between materials and labor. I paid the deposit (cost of materials) and he got me on the schedule. Even with all of the rain we had, his team was still able to finish the work within a reasonable amount of time (they needed to do all of their cutting outside of the house as I don't have a garage or basement). The end result looks fantastic, and the stain on everything matches the flooring perfectly. I'm putting the place on the market and my realtor stopped by and remarked on what an amazing job they did. Would definitely hire Bryan and his team again for future work!

This is the third different type of project Bryan’s crew has completed for me. Last fall was new fascia boards and trim externally on the sides and back of the house. This past spring was replacing and repairing some loose tile and damaged drywall in an upstairs bathroom. This time it’s painting the family room with an angled ceiling. Before the crew started painting they spent about half a day doing prep work like patching shadow areas on the wall plus filling in any nail holes, cracks , or seams. That is something to keep in mind if someone gives you a real lowball estimate to do some painting for you. They may literally be talking about ONLY painting. No prep work or patching. So your new paint job may initially look nice and clean and fresh but soon the underlying damage and imperfections will show through and mar the finished appearance, because all they did was paint. The professional prep work is what assures a lasting excellent result. That is what Bryan’s crew gave me. A great looking finished product with lasting excellent results. There were a few little glitches in the process but nothing that would take away from me being a very satisfied customer. I mentioned my concerns to Bryan and they were worked out to my content. Like I said, this is the third different type of project that Bryan’s crew has completed for me and I am very pleased and satisfied with everything they have done for me.

The entire experience from beginning to end was fantastic. Workers were professional and did an outstanding job. I will be calling Bryan for all future work that is needed.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we used Bryan and his great team. We had water damage from the massive storms in the NE, and a company came out to install a french drain in the bathroom. They had to remove part of the studs in two rooms, and tear up the tile floor in both. Bryan and his team worked within my very tight deadline (baby #2 on the way in 2 weeks) to have the studs fixed and drywall installed, as well as taking care of the tile floor, fixing some unknown leaking bathroom fixtures, replacing a leaking window, and most importantly getting my wife the bathroom she will so badly need to have up and running when our child arrives. His team is always so polite, clean, and courteous. Working with Bryan is always a pleasure because I know what I am getting as far as quality, professionalism, and fair pricing.
