The team did an excellent job of replacing the siding on our house, as well as, cleaning up and removing all debris from the property. The job was finished in a timely manner, despite some bad weather. Lou and his team were very responsive to any questions we had. We are very happy with the result.

Superior Siding did a 5-star job replacing the siding on our house. Lou provided a thorough and informative consultation, and once we selected him for the job Carlos and his team worked efficiently and were very pleasant and professional. The whole job for our ~2,300 square foot split-level house lasted Friday to Friday, not including Sunday and losing one day due to rain. Lou worked with us to make sure the dumpster and materials did not impede car access to our garage throughout the project, which was important. The teams work was neat, thorough, precise and well-done, a high-quality job. You never know what you are going to get when you find a contractor online instead of based on direct-experience recommendation since fake reviews abound these days, but in this case, our experience fully lived up to all of the positive reviews we saw online.

The owner is honest and takes the time to go over everything with you so you are comfortable before making a purchase. They were on time and worked to complete the project without delays. All the installers are skilled and very nice to deal with. They cleaned up everything when completed. I am happy I chose them to work on my home and would highly recommend them!!

The owner of the company, Lou Gutierrez was excellent on informing us of what was being done on our house and the materials being used. We love the life-time warranty on work and materials. I would recommend this company, they are excellent. His crew arrived on time, worked all day, and did excellent work. Lou has been responsive to us all through the process, from initial consultation, to his on-site visit, through completion, and he followed up with us afterwards. My neighbor also admires his work, Superior did her gutters as part of the job, it gave her house a facelift at a good price.

I hired Lou to reside my home in August 2019 after a contract was signed, in the contract. Lou hired a sub contractor to install gutters and screening, I called Lou and asked for the name of the company in case I have a problem and Lou said that he could not remember who did the gutters

We had our old worn out aluminum siding replaced with new vinyl siding. Our house looks beautiful. Working with Lou and his crew was a very positive experience. The dumpster and materials were delivered on Monday, began working on Tuesday, work completed by Thursday and the dumpster picked up on Friday, on time from start to finish. Would definitely recommend!

We hired this company to replace our existing aluminum siding with new vinyl siding. New insulation and gutters we're also installed. Lou was available to answer all our questions/requests through the whole process. His team was very efficient, fishing the project in 3 days. Highly recommend!

You could tell Franklin and his team of installers had worked together a while. They showed up on the job site and immediately had a plan and understood their roles working in unison Each put in a hard days work, each day. The team left our property clean, ensuring nails were not left on the property, even wiping down areas of the new siding tEach of them took pride in their craftsmanship, you can tell the difference in the one window they had cased, compared to the rest of our windows that were replaced by a different company The owner had everything planned out perfectly, with the dumpster and material being dropped off the day before the crew showed up and ensuring the dumpster was removed the morning after the job was completed. He communicated and documented all of our requirements and measurements accurately and ensured the crew understood the plan before they arrived and the proper amount of material was delivered His pricing was fair and there were no hidden charges. The overall experience was a pleasant surprise and we are grateful we choose superior
