We've used Jim in the past and were pleased with his work and his price. Once again, his price came in at a fraction of the other estimates we received, even including the installation of the trim. Unlike the first time we used him, we had a difficult time connecting with him to come out and get an estimate, but once that was done he started the job in one week and the work was done in two days. We will definitely use him again when we refinish the remaining rooms in our home.

Jim was responsive, prompt and hardworking. He refinished the floors in our foyer, living room and dining room, which included replacing several rotten boards under and around the radiators. I don't recall what we paid, but he charged at least half the amount of another estimate we received. He blended a stain for us to achieve just the right color. We get nothing but compliments on our floors and we think they turned out great. We will absolutely use him again when we refinish the rest of our floors.

They were prompt and showed up on time. They did a fairly good job. I had a problem and they came back without any hassle and took care of what I asked them to do. In the end I was pleased.

I am extremely pleased with him. He was right on time. His pricing was excellent. I am just very pleased, overall.

It went very well. Our 50-year-old oak hardwood floors were in bad shape. Jim came within days of our call to measure and give an estimate. Arrived promptly when he said he would and was easy to get hold of when we called him. Finished the job exactly as he explained he would. He had to do extra work because the floors were so hard and also had some bad stains. They turned out beautifully. He was also very considerate of our 87-year-old dad.
