These guys are, fast ,reliable, careful and polite, I highly recommend them.

May 5th Optimum moved us from Westfield NJ to Bethesda MD. Elvis gave us a very fair fixed price for the move the previous week. On the 5th, Josh (head of operations) and Tomas came and flawlessly loaded the truck and put donated furniture into the garage. They then drove 212 miles to Bethesda and we encountered unexpected condo management problems with unloading - they were only permitted to unload between 8-9pm. They moved the furniture in that time and they had to stay in a hotel to finish the move the next day when they came back, set up the furniture, finished the move, and the whole time, despite the lack of access and rediculous rules of the condo, solved all the problems with calm, reason, andd good cheer. Josh and Tomas, by any standard of movers, were the ABSOLUTE best and Elvis stuck to the fixed price and even offered to pay for our hotel for the night, and did not charge us for Josh and Tomas's stay overnight. These workers and this company were outstanding fair, competent, went the extra mile, and we enthusiastically recommend them for any moving job. Don and Rosemarie N.

Highly recommended. My extended family has used Optimum for 4 separate in-state moves in past 9 months. Each time they provided excellent customer service. First, Elvis schedules an onsite estimate for the job, not over the phone like some movers. The price on the estimate is the price paid, no surprises or upcharges like my past experiences with other movers. The moving team packed/moved/unpacked items with no damage. The moving teams were polite, fast but careful, and respectful of our things. We would hire Optimum Moving again in the future.

The customer service was excellent. The movers were professional, fast & efficient and very careful not to damage any of my belongings. I hired them mainly because of the excellent reviews & the fact that they include all packing materials, as well as assembling/disassembling your furniture, and there are no hidden surprise costs after the move is done. I was highly satisfied with the excellent service provided by Justin and the movers he provided us. He comes to the house and gives you an actual estimate for the desired services so that there won't be any surprises on moving day. On the day of our move the movers showed up on time and we're professional and courteous. They worked efficiently and adhered to the moving schedule. They really took excellent care of our possessions. When they unloaded the truck, they made sure that my belongings were set in the desired location and position. They made sure that I was satisfied with how they left everything before leaving. There were no damages made to my old apartment or new home in the move. No possessions were lost or damaged during the move either. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this company and will use them again of o ever need to.

Patrick and Thomas were so incredible during my mid-May 2015 move from NJ to Mass. So professional and fast. Their price was great and I received more than my money's worth! Because of circumstances beyond my control, they arrived at my new home before me and then did so much to help me get into my apt. with my 2 small dogs and a cat...and a bed that was still in its box! It was a very cool night...late and Patrick retrieved the box containing my Vornado Space Heater, set it up near my bed so "You can be warm when you go to sleep". I would hire this company any time I moved whether across the street or across the country. Can't say enough good things about them!

We hired OptimumMoving, LLC on a short notice and they were able to move our belongings from NJ to NY. Elvis came out for the onsite survey and was very courteous and professional. Gave us a flat rate and there was no surprises. On the day of the move we were worried they would cancel the move as it was freezing and icy. I t was one of the worst days to move. Yet, they came out on time and worked very quickly and professionally. They shrink wrapped all the furniture and used blankets for protection. Also, we had a few loose items which they put in bigger boxes for easy transport. Highly recommended.

Great company. Very happy with my move. It was a short notice move and I had to find somebody insured and could meet the times assigned by the condo complex. Optimum Moving was able to do it and exceeded all my expectations. They provided me with a quote and stuck with the price even though one piece of furniture took a lot longer to dismantle and reassemble, they did not look to charge extra. Very honest company and easy to deal with. They made my holidays more enjoyable and I would not hesitate to use them again.
