Chris was amazing. I booked him for an hour and he stayed on the phone with me for two hours until he was completely sure that everything had been fixed. He did not ask for more money or make me feel bad that the job was so difficult. Chris was walked me through everything so I would know what he was doing. The entire time he asked me asked me questions about what I wanted to be able to do on my computer and helped reconfigure it all to meet my specific needs. I would definitely hire Chris again for any computer needs!

Fabulously, Chris was great. He took time to explain to us exactly what he was doing and why, When he was unable to restore one program, he told me various ways that I might be able to get it restored without having to purchase another program. I followed his advice and got the program restored at no cost. He also cleaned my mass of wires behind the machine and neatly bundled them. My computer now works better than it has in years and my daughter's laptop is going great. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone having problems with their equipment.

He was excellent in every way. Nice guy who really knew his stuff. Provided awesome service at a very reasonable price. He took a slow, barely functional computer and in short time cleaned it up and got it running much faster and much more smoothly. I recommend him extremely highly and without reservation! Superb service provided and I never had to leave my desk. He was totally committed to doing the job right and very well.

It went really well. One guy came out. He fixed the computer. I would tell a friend or family member that he is a great technician. I would have no qualms about hiring him again.

He showed up on time, was very professional and went above and beyond to fix my computer. My computer is now running great and he installed anti-virus software without me asking for it. He is very knowledgeable and I would use them again in the future.

Chris responded to my phone message within minutes and was able to schedule us for the same day. He diagnosed our problem and did the software repair. Also cleaned up computer, checked for viruses and helped back up photos and documents so I won't be so panicked the next time. He explained everything as he went so that even us computer-mpaired people could understand. Great experience.

I thought that the price was reasonable. They gave me an estimate, they gave me a deadline and they met it. They were very pleasant.

Chris contacted us immediately after we purchased the Angies List deal, and arrived at exactly the appointed hour. He was able to diagnose and address the issue, providing my wife with access once again to all her files (which were still in the computer) while performing a tuneup and providing a number of helpful hints on maintaining it and maximizing its remaining life. Based on this experience, Chris would be the first one we'd call if a home computer issue arise.

As stated above, he walked into my computer room, assessed the situation quickly and provided efficient and effective solutions to many of my computer problems, including the one main problem with my internet access on my computer, and improving performance on the three computers. He worked on all three at the same time, got a lot done, explained to me what and why he was doing what he did all in under and hour. He was pleasant, clearly competent and understood what we needed. In addition, I contacted him on Sunday and he was in my house by Monday afternoon. I will use him again for all my computer and networking needs.

Chris was very personable, punctual, and professional. We discussed my computer challenges (too numerous to list here) and Chris got right to work. He seemed to have a preset plan on what he was going to do, no doubt based on experience of what can get done in just an hour's worth of tech support. We talked about some possible solutions to my numerous computer issues while he went through his routine of cleaning up the start up routine and installing the antivirus software. I'm sure I was a bit naïve to think any technician could tackle some of the issues within the hour allotted but I was hoping for some suggestions or direction on how to trouble shoot things myself some. Despite having another appointment following mine, Chris did end up staying a couple minutes over the hour time which was nice.

An excellent experience every time I have used them. This is the perfect example of a company that is big enough to tackle any issue, but small enough to give you the personal attention that you want. No bait and switch tactics like I have experienced elsewhere, no bogus charges, no recommendations of work that doesn't need to be done to pad the bill. As a matter of fact, they have talked me OUT of doing things that I was considering, and showed me ways to get the same results by spending less! Most of the times I dealt directly with the owner who obviously takes pride In his work and his reputation. He is very prompt and actually usually early for our meetings. He has gone out of his way to help me and make sure that I am always satisfied above and beyond what I expected. He has even called to follow up after a job to make sure all was still going smoothly! This is definitely not a company based on "we have your money and now you are on your own" The professionalism, follow up and desire to make customers happy and fully satisfied is a very welcome breath of fresh air these days. To date I have used the services of the company many times over the years, and have referred their services to many close friends and family without hesitation.

Chris spent twice as long as anticipated to complete the job. He demonstrated infinite patience answering my questions and explaining how to use the new software. Being a Senior Citizen and somewhat of a dinosaur in the tech arena, I need more TLC when it comes to computer operations. Chris made every effort to customize my software and files so it would be more user familiar (more like the old system). He explained what he was doing in simple, easy to understand terminology. When Chris was finished, I felt much more confident moving forward with my new computer. I would use Chris for future computer issues and I will recommend him to my friends.

I've used Chris a few times and everytime he is punctual and fixes the problem. He helped us set-up a better wireless network through our home. He got rid of viruses and helps us with all our PC/technology issues. I highly recommend him.
