First Rate kept us informed throughout the entire job. Weather delays made the job longer but they really did what they could to get it done. Quality of work is very good. Very friendly service. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. Their prices were fair and came in below those we had in the past. Really 5 stars!

We needed a new steel liner in old brick chimney, they were reasonable on price. On work day, they were on time. they were good at explaining the process, knowledgeable. They cleaned up the debris after the work. I would highly recommend them. great team.

New chimney, liners and roof repair. Demolition, reconstruction and cleanup were professionally accomplished. All staff were polite and dedicated to excellence...very impressive.

They did a great job on our front stone walkway and stairs and required no supervision. This was made more challenging sit was done in the middle of the winter. Job came out better then expected.
