they said one price what it would cost. an when the job was all done 4 days later i had to call for address of company. an the finish price when up 105 dollars. saying that they had to use some of there cables. which was not true. they used the cables thata were here already. so be very carefull withl this company saying one price. an when the job is all done saying another. but the tech thata did the work were very good. thanks joey

It is one of my best experiences with John and Matthew from tech team. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They Both spoke with and walked me through the process of what they were doing for. They even redo some of wires that the other installer did which wires all over the place and the cable box hanging down. I will be working this company again in the new future. The technicians who came to my home were professional, very knowledgeable and extremely courteous. After they completed the repair on my system, they did not leave until they were sure the home theatre system was working. They were very patient in answering all of my questions and explained what had happened in terms I could understand. I would recommend this company to anyone needing repair of a home theatre system.
