The Technician, Luke Starchura, was punctual, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, well trained and very efficient. The installation coupled with the information offered on their website made for a trouble free buying and installation process. I called Precision in the morning and by the afternoon my doors were fixed. Tino was the technician that came and he was excellent. He is very professional, informative and courteous. He diagnosed the problems with my doors and gave me a quote. I accepted the quote to fix the doors but not the motor. The work too approximately 2.5 hours. The price came out to $891 but it was worth it. I highly recommend using this company to fix your garage doors and if you do request Tino.

The 4 hour appointment window is very difficult. After waiting the entire afternoon they called to say it would be another 2 hours. By that time it would have been dark and they would be unable to see. We ultimately canceled and went to another local company.

Initial response time for estimate was very quick.The ETA on installation was later than I expected. I had to make 3 phone calls to firm up an installation date. Installation was done very well. Technician was very friendly and door works very good

Service was great. A little more expensive but worth it. I would recommend and hire again.

I was being charged for them to just come and give me a quote. Never heard of that before and was very disappointed. I even reconfirmed that this would be the case and the Customer service person said yes. I am sorry but I am not paying for someone to come and give me a quote. She did say that it would be waived if I decided to go with this company. I have dealt with many companies in my life and have never heard of being charged for a quote.

I don't understand the positive reviews for this firm. Twice I requested quotes through Angie's List, including taking advantage of their "deal" and never got any type of response from them. Then, we called them directly to make an appointment. The salesperson. Gina, showed up today to sell us Garage Doors, when we just wanted an opener. When this was pointed out to her, she said she was going to make a call. Next thing we knew, she was gone and we've heard nothing from them.

The technician, Jesse, was punctual, courteous, professional & efficient. The office staff was accommodating in scheduling the service call promptly, so that I was able to get my car out of the garage.

Tech explained what was wrong and what he was going todo. Made suggestions. Job was done efficiently and cleaned up when done.

Danny provided excellent service with a good attitude and communication. He thoroughly demonstrated what needed to be replaced and why. Would recommend this business to others.

The issue I called about was repaired and an additional issue was identified and repaired as well. The 2nd issue identified was not urgent and the technician did not do any hard sell for the repair, just stated the facts and the cost. In addition, he was able to get the controls in my car to open the garage door. I was previously told by another company that my car was not compatible with my opener.

The technician texted me first, sent photo so we would recognize him. He was extremely professional, worked quickly, cleaned up and gave an explanation/demonstration. If I could give them a grade that's better than A, I would! A real human took my call and problem, and scheduled a tech right away. They called me to confirm that John Delpiu was the tech assigned to me and his ETA. They teted his photo, and background, and a link that tracked him on a map, continually updating his ETA and location. John checked and fixed the door, got it working after adjustin a spring. Checked all parts to ensure they were good. There was no charge. He said the repair was too minor to charge! Felt John and his company were hones, genoerous, and customer focused. Highly recommend them any time you have a garage door problem!

Danny was really good, he took my order. He answered all my questions. He was patient with me. The garage door looks really nice. I waited to see if it would give me any issues, so far it has not. They did it all in one day.

The work appears fine, time will tell. The technician was friendly, thorough, accommodating, and fast. However, the price was much higher than I anticipated. After the work was done the company’s owner sent me an email thanking me for my business. I commented that I felt the service was good, but the price was higher than I expected. I have not received a response. Why wouldn’t he respond? I suppose he does not really care since he was paid.

Jerry arrived early the day after I called, knew exactly what to do, and did it. He explained the need for everything he did. He took a broken 20-year old door and now we'll probably get another 20 years out of it, and it works like a charm: quiet, solid, reliable. A bit pricey, bur really good customer service and quality work. I don't mind paying a little more if it means I won't have to call them back.
