Company said we needed new gutters so they removed them with the promise to return the following Tues. with the new gutters. They didn't replace gutters on the tuesday and on weds. night, we had a horrible rain storm and we had no gutters. Water poured into our basement (that has only flooded one other time which was during hurricane Sandy) and my husband was up all night with the wetvac and into the entire next day. It was a total mess and we now have to throw out a lot of our stuff that got wet. In addition, during the all night wetvac, our slop sink clogged so we had to call a plumber the next day to clear that for $125. My husband called the company on thursday morning and they did put the gutters on thursday. However, the guy was not apologetic and said something along the lines of "that's the chance you take." When they called a couple of days ago for their final payment of $800, my husband requested that we split the difference because of the stress and labor caused by the flooding, not to mention the plumber fee. They came back to us and said they would only credit us for the plumber fee of $125. The company should have agreed to the $400 reduction. It is not a lot of money and would show incredible goodwill. I would have written a good review about this company if this had happened. Instead, I will never want to use this company again and will not recommend them in the future.

They did a great job and always do. If you have any issues Chuck makes sure someone is out to help you as soon as possible.

I needed two hornet's nests removed (one big, one just starting out). The person they sent to do the work was quick, professional, and courteous. Very impressive.

The guy came and I decided to go with a package so they will come 3 times a year. He sprayed inside and outside the house. He identified the type of ant they were. He told me about the ant and how they come into the house. He was very professional. He did extra areas that I asked him to do. I also had some mosquito problems and he helped take care of that too. He was very truthful. I haven’t seen any ants since then. They had a very competitive price. He gave me a discount because I was a former customer.

They gave the best price and had good reviews around but their traps never caught a single rabbit. Rabbits have dug under fence and made a home under our shed. I wanted them out. As cute as they are, they were digging holes in the yard, leaving piles of poop every where, and eating our grass. I called up Heritage and someone came out to give me a quote. 2 traps, $375, 3 callbacks. After 4 days, I came home and an invoice was in my mailbox saying that was their first visit, which meant I only had 2 left. They originally told me that rabbits are harder to trap so it would take longer than average. I called them to say that their first visit was too quick and didn't give the traps a chance to work so they said they wouldn't count that visit and to call them when I needed them. I called a week later to tell them that the vanilla extract was not working because the rabbits go near the traps but not in it. So they came out and put more vanilla extract in it. That was now my first visit. I called about two weeks later to tell them that three rabbits were in my yard but not going in the traps. So they came out for the second time and put a trail of carrots into the traps. The rabbits never even ate the ones outside the traps, they just dried up. We eventually had to buy topsoil to fill in spots along the fence and around the shed and then sprayed a rabbit repellent. Although the repellent smelled like rotten eggs, it worked way better than the traps. Heritage gave very good prices compared to other companies so I would probably use them for insect problems but not for rabbits.

I had/have a water bug problem in my apartment. Several years ago, I got a handyman in to seal up areas in the kitchen and for a while all was quiet. The bugs eventually came back and I started contacting the house exterminator. When that didn't get anywhere, I contacted Heritage Pest Control in June 2012. After about 5 visits, the problem did stop and I never called them back. I now have the bug problem again, and am trying to work with the complex where I live to end this problem. I learned that at the time Heritage was coming to my apartment, these bugs were all going to my neighbor's. It isn't that Heritage wasn't doing the job, they were, but I am worried about the fact that as chemicals, no one really knows what harm they can ultimately do to people or pets. My cat is a hunter, and when he sees/smells a bug, he goes after it and ultimately eats the bug unless I intervene and am able to kill and disposed of it first. I have always been concerned that his natural instinct might end up hurting him. .

They did the job and the bed bugs were exterminated. The workers were terrific and actually treated more rooms than we originally contracted for. The preparation was unbelievably labor intensive---basically emptying and bagging everything in each of these rooms and we found ourselves wondering if this level was really necessary given that we had hired a dog to identify the "hot spots" and believed we had caught our problem quite early. Also, the office staff didn't give helpful answers or info when we called between and after treatments. Their main message was to cover themselves in case we did get a reinfestation rather than giving us supportive yet accurate information based on our particular situation. It would have helped to have one person who knew our case specifically be our contact person throughout the process knowing that anxiety is a huge factor with this problem.

They seem to do a very nice job and they’re courteous. We’ve had no problems with them. I have noticed we have less bugs. When I called them about ants, they were there the same day. I have no complaints; a lot of times they do the outside and I don't even know they're here.

It went fine. I thought that they were professional. They did what they said that they were going to do. I have no complaints about them.

When we call them, they do come out. They do cover their sprays. I haven't had a problem since I have been with them for the last 4 years. The quality of their work is good. I will continue to use this provider again in the future.

They were very good and came back every time I called them. They followed through really well. I think the price was fair for the amount of time they put into it. They were conscientious and did a good job. They arrived as soon as I called them. I would recommend them.

The owner of the company is friendly, gave me a booklet about the treatment process and took time to explain this to me. The cost of their services was fair and he helped me stay within my budget. They were punctual, friendly and efficient on the job. I would highly recommend them.

I like the fact that if I call in between the times they are scheduled to come spray, they will send someone right out to check the problem out. They are punctual and every technician that has come to my house have been very calm. I'm not accurate about the price I stated earlier, but it is less that $400.00 for the yearly contract.

Two different technicians have provided service so far. Both arrived on time, knew what to look for and what action to take, and carefully explained what they were doing, what to expect, and precautions to take with the poison bait in the attic, which is not in locked bait stations. They checked the premises thoroughly and did not skimp on placement of bait stations. They were patient about answering my questions and didn't mind that I watched them work. They were diplomatic and careful not to embarrass me while emphasizing the importance of exterminating the mice, even though my husband is an extreme animal lover. The first technician gave me advice about getting rid of a groundhog and told me I could do it myself, because I have a suitable trap.

I've used them for two years for mice and ants. They have resolved my bug problems. Here are my problems with this company. First they indicated when I first signed up that the price would go down after the first year start up costs. They convinced me as necessary to purchase additional 400 worth of outside mouse stations. This sort of binds me to the company since going elsewhere another company may not use them. They say they try to look for the problem and seal it. But they never found any entryways and just said that mice are so small they can fit into a crack, so there is no point trying to find the space to seal. The mouse problem was reduced but they still come in. Anyway, they increased my rate an extra $130 for this year because I called them too much. I indicated that I did not know when signing with them I would be penalized for calling them too often, especially since they never fully resolved my mouse problem. I call them whenever I see mouse dropping and dead mice. They just return and put more poison. Also, it is he owner who always answers the phone and he gets frustrated and gives me a hard time when I ask him to return to service the problem. They should really hire someone else who is not personally invested in the company. What is the ppoint of having unlimited return serivce if they give you a hard time and then increase your rate the following year? Now I've hired Horizon which is great. They found some opening and will start sealing them. They identify the problem and arent trying to find ways for me to spend more money.

They are excellent. I haven’t done price comparison. I was looking for somebody that did green spraying and they do. I think that they are pretty reasonable based on what I have heard from other people.

He couldn’t find any at that time because it had gotten cold, so he said he would stop back if he was back in the area and check it out if it should get warm and I had another problem. He was very prompt and seemed very honest. He didn’t charge me anything at that time. His responsiveness was very good. He came within two days when I asked him so that I would be home. I would definitely use him again in the future.

They were pretty good. They are more aimed at being at being a Green Company. They used less chemicals. They did everything that they said they were going to do. They were professional.

I think they are fine. I haven't heard any squirrels in my chimney, so I hope they have solved the problem. They just came this morning, so it's a little early to confirm that they fixed the problem. However, I thought they were good.

They quoted $500 for the job. It was a one-year contract with an exclusion package to keep the pests from coming in. It went well but they didn?t have a thorough plan especially with the exclusion package. It was not detailed. I decided not to go with them because of this. It had nothing to do with price. They were on time and everything was good. I was happy but they just weren?t detailed enough.

I had this company recommended by my neighbor. I like that they are on time. The technicians that they send are polite and professional. If you are in a panic or see even gnats or ants, they will send some out within 24 hours.

Contractor came at appointed time. Explained what he would do and completed the installation job as agreed. He returned several months later to do follow up on termite traps and make sure bees were gone.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD. THERE IS A GENTLEMAN THERE THAT I ALWAYS REQUEST WHO SEEMS TO BE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & HASN'T BEEN WRONG ON ANYTHING YET.

THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. THEY PLUG ANY AND EVERY HOLE THAT THEY MAKE AND THEY CLEAN UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY ARE DONE. IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, THEY ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ANSWER THEM. WE RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND PRODUCTIVE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY EVEN COME WITHOUT CALLING JUST TO CHECK THE TRAPS AND CLEAN THEM OUT. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR TOO, SINCE THEY USUALLY COME ONCE EACH YEAR.
