Replacement of a frost free outside faucet. 2 hours time from arrival to departure. Could not install a shut off valve and cost was $550. I know plumbing is expensive but I feel I paid too much for this service. When I questioned putting a dirty access panel, the technician said his hands were not exactly clean and frowned to exchange it with a new one. I will not use this contractor again.

called first time, then saying they only have after hour, i have to pay $100, then called a different number just two mins after and told me there is one between 2 -5. the guy came in, didnt even get his hand dirty, and told me he has to take out the sink and see, which is minimum $800. Just in and out for 15mins, did nothing, charged me $45, then my husband next day found the leak, where doesnt have to damage anything.

On time. Fixed the problem. Plumber was very nice

Very experienced on all issues, including latest Weil-McLain systems, multi-zones, Ph issues for well water, etc.

They were timely and explained everything.

Very prompt and professional. $121 to tighten a loose nut on the faucet, took 2 minutes and no parts, simply excessive.

It was a lot more expensive than I expected. Almost $400.00 for a new flapper in the toilet and a new nut and bolt (?) in another toilet. Twice someone else had to come to bring a part. A third item I had asked about wasn't even addressed. A bit of an attitude on the part of the worker. Not a pleasant experience at all.
