went well. Mr. Dance & his crew were punctual and efficient.

I asked him to call right before he was due to arrive (between 1-2pm) as we have dogs and wanted to settle them down before he came. He called 15 minutes before he came and arrived on time. He and his worker were professional, quick, courteous and took care with moving the material that was still inside the house. A dresser in the bedroom was still out-of-place as the floors were just completed a day before but he asked me if I wanted him to move it back in place and of course, I said yes. They also swept the area where the debris was sitting, unexpected but so welcome! This is a great company to work with and I plan on hiring him again when the need arises!

Called and left a voice mail Sunday evening. It was after hours but I was surprised to get a call the SAME DAY! I couldn't call back, but then I connected on a Monday afternoon. A quote was given over the phone along with a time to do the job the very next day. 1 piece of furniture was to be moved within the same room, but I couldn't describe it well and assumed it may cost a little extra. After confirming, a call was received on the day of the job and all went off SUPER! Even moved my table (within the same room). Courteous, punctual, up-front pricing taken care during my lunch hour and tight schedule. HIGHLY recommended.

It was raining so I automatically thought that they would reschedule the appt but he said he would be there and they came early and worked hard and fast to get the job done. Since they came early, they did the outside work first. When he came inside, he removed his boots because it was wet and muddy outside and didn't want to track it in the house. We had an old box-spring for removal and they had major trouble trying to get it downstairs without damaging the walls or the banister. I told him to not worry about it, to leave it and my husband and I would figure something out. Well, where there's a will, there's a way. Just when I thought that the mattress would be going back into the attic, Chris pulled out his tools and took the mattress apart so they could take it away. Chris and his helper were friendly, polite and professional and wasted little time in finishing the job. They swept the area clean where the truck was parked and even took some extra stuff at the last minute. I will definitely hire him again and would recommend his services to anyone who asks! It's refreshing yet rare to find someone who provides a service who will go above and beyond what they contracted to do. Thanks Dance Demolition!

Returned my call and came and did the work within 2 days.

We needed construction debris picked up. Dance demolition was prompt in returning my phone call. I had no idea how much debris I had. When asked, Chris offered to look at a couple of photos that I took and give me a ballpark estimate of the weight and price which seemed reasonable. Chris arrived on time. He was polite and professional on the phone as well as in person. Once he saw the debris in person he mentioned that the debris was likely over the weight limit. I liked that he was upfront and he offered to provide me a copy of the final weight once he disposed the debris. The final weight was almost exactly what Chris quoted when he saw the debris in person and close to what was originally quoted using the photo(s). After they picked up the debris, they broom-cleaned the entire area. Very happy with the service and would use them again if needed.

Finding Dance Demolition , owned by Chris Dance, was the highlight of a very stressful 2 month move. Having accumulated an enormous amount of everything during our living at our apartment for 16 years, Chris and his team made the final clean up just as stress free as possible for us. I first had him come in for quote and he was as honest as can be. He could not give me an accurate quote because we still had a lot of stuff that we were in the process of moving. He gave us an approximate charge, thoroughly explained his process and took our best interests to heart. I was unable to reach Chris on the 4th (due to my own error) and became somewhat concerned that I would not be able to meet my deadline. I called another company on the 5th. They came out and I stupidly made mention that we needed to have everything removed by end of day. They quoted me a whopping charge of $650.00 and when I spoke to the owner of the company (again....nameless because I HAVE INTEGRITY), I explained that the cost was several hundred dollars over two previous quotes. He asked for the companies name and began telling me how awful those companies were, how they do not have insurance nor are they legally able to dump garbage, even though I found them on Angie's List. The one things that actually disgusted me was the fact that they had to badmouth their competition to make them look good. What he actually did was assure me that Mr. Dance's company was the way to go. His pricing was fair, his attitude was professional, he did not bring up or have anything negative to say about his competition and was just an overall nice person to deal with. I was able to contact Chris Dance, explained my dilemma and he showed up within 45 minutes. Within 2 hours, the garage, storage room and apartment was cleaned out of all our mess, swept cleaner than the day we moved in and I was thrilled with he and his teams performance. Use Dance Demolition if you want a stress free, fair priced service. Way to go Chris and his team.

The owner and worker arrived on time, they were very punctial. They were professional, polite, quick and quite (you never knew they were working)and did a great job removing the hot tub. When the job was compeleted, the clean up was fantastic, and you never knew that there was a hot tub in that spot or that one was removed, no debris or remainets left. I am very pleased with the work . I would and will recommend this company.

Excellent work. Mr. Dance provided a rapid estimate, excellent communication via cell and text, a reasonable rate beating his competition, showed up early with all the equipment he and a two person crew needed, got right to work protecting the rest of the house and was very thorough. He adjusted very reasonably to surprises (lots more wire lath than anticipated) and mid-work requests to remove a partition wall and move an oven. Done fast and professionally. Cannot recommend more highly.

They did a fantastic job. Chris Dance said he would be here at 8. They were here setting up at 7:50 and began work promptly at 8. All finished and raked up by 10:45. They even pulled most of the weeds that had been growing through the blocks. I am so pleased with their work. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future and will refer to my family and friends.

I was referred to Dance Demolition by a co-worker who lives in Chatham. Chris Dance arrived on time, provided an in-depth evaluation, and quoted me a very reasonable price for work to be done. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and was very careful to cover any furniture, floors, etc that would be exposed to dust. The job was completed on time and much to my satisfaction.
