I requested moving service and they gave me a window of whole afternoon. On the day of moving I called to ask what time the movers will be at my place, they said at 5 PM. I waited till 6:00 PM, still nobody showed up. I called again, at which point they said "We haven't forgotten about you. Movers are on the way." I waited another hour, after that I was not able to get in touch with anyone from this company. I had to extend my lease, move my family to one of my friend's place because we had already packed everything. I was hoping the next day that someone might call to at least inform me what happened and why they didn't show up for the move. Nobody called. I called them, it said their offices were closed that day. I called again the next day, someone from Customer Service was on the line. I described the events, and I was quite furious at the way he was chuckling through the call. There was no apology, no sense of professionalism, not even acknowledgement of their mistake. At the end of the call, he grudgingly agreed to a refund (wowww!!) for the services that were never provided and that caused whole lot of trouble for me and my family. It's been 4 days now, and I am still waiting for my refund. All in all, absolutely untrustworthy company, very unprofessional Customer Service (only in name), and an overall horrible experience.

The move itself was fine. There was a dispute over the cost upon delivery. Their very persistent reresentative assured me that we would only be billed for time incurred. He built in maximum travel time of two hours and asured me that they would be clocked in upon arival and clocked upot upon completion. However the bill was not adjusted for the one hour that we did not utilize. I spoke to Chris who agreed that was what was agreed to and said customer service would correct it. It was not corrected and they insisted that they be paid in cash for the work. I was asked to dispute the difference. I am not expecting much based upon the response of the customer service rep.
