Shamrock was very responsive to my initial request and they were very fast when they arrived to my house. They were also very knowledgeable and noticed that the concrete that was holding an exhaust pipe into my chimney was not made to withstand heat and it was chipping away. They fixed it up right then and there. They were quick, easy, and cheap. Highly recommend!

The gentleman that came to my home Was friendly, courteous and above all Honest! He did not try to sell my on any services other than the one he was there for. The company was ver accommodating and reasonably priced. We will be using them going forward.

These guys were fair and efficient. Chimney is clean and sealed for a fair price.

They were running a bit late due to a problem with a prior call. Once on the ground, they went right to work.

The CS rep took a lot of info regarding my wood-burning insert, I got a courtesy call the day before reminding me of the appointment. I took that day off. The crew showed up within the agreed window. They were totally not aware that I had a wood burning insert that required a "different set of brushed". This was a waste of time for both, me and the crew. I've never heard from them again.

Frank and Chris did an excellent job cleaning and installing a new liner for the oil flue which was pretty much degraded. They explained everything as they completed the work and were very courteous and knowledgeable throughout.!!

Mike and Mike did a great job removing the existing stone chimney cap and installed a stainless steel one. Very professional and completed the job in 2 days due to needing to order a custom sized chimney cap. 3 stars for pricing because they increased the price by $900 due to needing a scaffold, but was never used.

Came early but called. Chimney needed not only cleaning but repair which they did at the same time.

They called the evening before to verify our appointment, they called 1/2 hour before they arrived and they did a wonderful job of cleaning our chimneys and even cleaned the furnace chimney for a small increase in what was quoted us. Their prices were much lower than others that we called and they did a good job. I would definitely used them again or recommend them to others.
