I was very pleased with the service I received. It was prompt, professional, and thorough. I would highly recommend this company to a friend.

They cleaned the chimney and then tried to sell me over 3000 dollars of repairs. I told them I would think about it . I had someone else come and they said I didn't need all that work. They quoted me a cap at 1/3 the cost. Shamrock called and said they could meet any price. I don't do business like that.

Their service is very customer oriented, they aim to please. They resolved a minor issue very quickly! Old fashion good customer service!

The people at Shamrock Chimney were all nice to work with on the phone and in person. They came to my house the next day for a cleaning and inspection of 4 flues. They arrived on time and worked quickly and kept everything clean. They let me know about future repairs I will need and gave estimates on the spot. Everything was great! Thanks!

They were fast and accurate, and even worked on the price with me. I was expecting an estimate but they came prepared, and were done within the same day.

Initially several inspection dates were not met and there was no phone call to reschedule. We were the ones who called them to see why they didn't meet scheduled dates. After possible intervention by Home Advisor, Matt and Eddy (from their New York office) came in the late afternoon. Both were very professional and thorough. Th chimney was in poor shape, they gave us a repair cost and stayed until the job was done. They left to head back to their homes in New York at 8:00 pm last night. I will definitely request these two men for annual cleanings. I understand this is a busy time of year for these types of repairs. The company just needs to work on its scheduling an keeping the potential customer advised of changes.

Friendly, helpful, thorough and professional.

First day they had faulty equipment and used my sprayers, but product being sprayed was old and lumpy and would not go through. He asked to use a brush of mine and later stated that both chimneys had been sealed . They gummed up both of my sprayers and left me with a mess in driveway from sealant and 2 gummed up sprayers. It was visibly apparent that the chimneys were not fully covered with sealant as the gloss left off halfway up chimney. I called and a very pleasant man said that they would send the men right back up. Upon return, same guy, different helper. They had a new sprayer and sprayed the first chimney thoroughly. Helper asked the man in charge if he should spray the second chimney and was told no, that he had done it himself the previous day. It was obvious afterward that it had not been done. The chimney is 35 feet tall and it would have been impossible for him to have done with no ladder.I had a roofer here the following week to get a price on roofing the house and he was up there and told me that it had not been done at all. He will do it when he comes to roof the house and that was reflected in my price agreement.

I was very please with this company. Once I put through a request on Home Advisor, I received a call within an hour! They are very professional and friendly. I hired them because the damper in my fireplace had corroded due to weather. They new damper is placed on the outside of the house on top of the chimney. They were also very patient in explaining to me how the new fireplace damper would work. While they were here, I also had them put on a caged cover over my furnace vent. This was not planned but they were happy to do it without a second appointment. The entire job took about and hour. They did a great job!

I had Shamrock come to inspect my chimney. After finding some major issues, I hired them to install a liner to prevent further issues as well as do a more extensive clean. Their recommendations aligned with another company which made me feel good about their honesty. Additionally they worked with me on the price and did the work quickly. I'll use them in the winter for future cleanings and inspections.

price was reasonable and work performed looked good.of course i cant tell if leak fixed until it rains again.but im pretty confident they fixed the problem.also they gave me a senior discount.

Minor scheduling difficulties at first, but this is a high quality business. Completed the job quickly and for a great price.

The company sent me two people from out of state and were suppose to be here in the morning and did not show up till after 2:30pm that afternoon. I had to call them to find out when they would get here. I was told at 1:00pm. When they got here they were in a hurry to go back home and did a terrible job. I had another company that used to do my wood stove and chimney cleaning and did a great job but are no longer in the business of doing chimney cleaning. They did not cleanup much. I had to finish their mess and I had to tell them to clean the pipe from the stove to chimney and they didn't even look at my wood stove. I would not recommend this company. And will not use them again. Very disappointed.
