This companies representative was thorough, professional and very honest. When we suggested what we thought should be done, he was very quick to point out that we didn't need that service. He even went so far as to say," I can do it and charge you but it's not necessary. " We'll have them back again as part of our regular fireplace maintenance.

Great deal, good prices and quality work! They came to quote the work in the morning and were able to do the project that same day. We wanted them to replace our clean-out door, but they didn't have the supplies on the truck at that time. They said they would come back another day to finish the clean-out door.

They are totally confused. Job was to repair the top of my chimney which had broken bricks. Came and made an estimate of $1200. We signed a contract. They did not show up on the day they promised claiming pending rain. It did not rain that day. Second attempt was with another crew who did not bring bricks. Then they claimed that the job was worth more than the estimate and they sent my money back (thank goodness). Do Not Use.

The service techs were hard-working and pleasant and very careful to clean up after themselves before they left. Only time will tell if the repair will be sufficient but I was very impressed with their expertise and desire to help me fix the problem at a reasonable cost.

I was having problems with trying to search for someone to repair a chimney but no one came to my area and that is when I reached out Home Advisors. They gave me Shamrock Chimney who reach out to me immediately and responded with an estimate for the job. The came out and completed the job the very next. This company was very professional, quick . The project was an expense, but an expense well worth it because it came with a lifetime warranty, and with a tax credit.

They were very conscientious and completed the project in a workmanlike manner. I was very pleased.

The guys showed up on time and prepared for anything. I had a lot of damage to the inside of my chimney and they had it all fixed and ready to use in just a few hours. Very professional.

On the phone they said they would clean the chimneys and the dryer vent. I hired them because I wanted the dryer vent cleaned and I figured the chimney could use it. They said chimneys need to be cleaned once every year. Once they arrived they said the main chimney needed to be relined, over $1000 and the other chimney didn't need cleaning(ironic it hadn't been cleaned in 3 years). They said they don't do dryer vents. They were nice but given my experience I would not use them again.

They were responsive but in retrospect, very expensive.
