They installed chimney caps, rebuilt the cement around the top of the chimney, repaired the caulking, and applied waterproofing very quickly and efficiently.

Workers came promptly, replaced a missing chimney cap and removed a squirrel nest in chimney. They explained what was needed and completed the job efficiently. There was a followup call from the company to see if we were satisfied, which we were.

They installed collars on my vent pipes on my chimney. It leaked the first time around but they came out quickly to fix it and resolved the issue. They were very thorough and took clear pictures to show us the work was completed to remediate the issue. Great company!

Joey,Juan were both professional and courteous. Each was helpful and knowledgeable. after the job was completed the chimney cap came off. I called shamrock they came and reattached it . It was reinstalled crooked and was bent. I called again and talked to steven (owner) and I sent pictures to show the problem. Six appointments were made and each time either no one showed or they cancelled the appointment. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I have not heard a word from Scamrock . Next step is the media

Horrible customer service, horrible communication, dont return calls, after they get paid they dont come back. Stay away from this from this company. I will give them 0 stars but they worked in the cold and the painting was rushed. Im putting this review everywhere.

Did a good job clean up afterwards

We hired Shamrock to clean our chimney and that's what they were going to do. Big change in plans when they saw that we'd had a chimney fire that we didn't even know about. They took out the old metal flue and installed a new one. This involved taking the Jotul insert apart. Excellent job done professionally by very nice men. We were very pleased, from Jen, the woman who set up the appointment to the end of the job. Tonight we are warm and SAFE thanks to Shamrock.

Work quality was good. My problem was with the appointment schedule. We originally scheduled for a 3 hour window on a Thursday. After the 3 hours was up, I called the co. and they said they d have to reschedule to Friday. The same thing happened on Friday so they promised to be there first thing on Saturday morning. They were there at 8:00am on Saturday morning and completed the job within a few hours.

Had pellet stove cleaned. Did a good job except he didn't clean my glass door which gets very dirty - had to clean myself. He cleaned up the ashes very well and did a good job. Will probably use again.

Very professional; arrived @ 9:00 AM and left at 7:45 PM making sure the job was completed to our satisfaction. Now we just need to wait for a big rainstorm to confirm the repairs worked. Would definitely recommend!

Arrived in the allotted period. Guys were very friendly and willing to work. They took before and after pictures on the roof and explained exactly why certain things were needed. Would recommend.
