I have only used this service one time so far, but I am etremely pleased with the job they did on my apartment. Everything was very clean, she even did my floors on her hands and knees. My bathroom was sparkling. I would definitely recommend their service.

Overall expectations were met. Needed to ask for better cleaning of a couple of things. On the other hand somethings that I did not originally specify were cleaned upon request without hesitation. The people are friendly and work efficiently.

The ladies are very polite and do a good job. They arrive on time and work quickly. My only complaint would be that they speak limited English, so giving specific instructions can be challenging. However, they know what they are doing, so not that much instruction is necessary.

The owner, Elizabeth, is very nice to interact with. Her rates are competitive. Her employees, the 2 house cleaners, did a nice job on the first day of work. I am satisfied.
