Mr, Roca and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and neat . As a Purchasing Agent , I always get several bids and carefully read reviews. Mr.. Roca's price was fair and he had our best interests at heart when it came to being cost effective. I would (and have) highly recommended him and will definitely use his services again.

Did a great job on stripping my deck

No professional at all. Initially did some light paint work and installed a dishwasher. Painting vert poor I had to keep on pointing out issues and flaws. Tried to hire him to replace a toilet....numerous calls and appointments made and no shows and late notice for not pitching up. Bad workmanship and unprofessionalism....would not even consider his contractor!M

Hired Roca to do small masonry job and replace a Bilko basement entry door. Absolutely no complaints. Recommend!!!!!

This is the second time I have used Olegarria Roca for bathroom remodel. he installed a new recessed cabinet, installed new recessed medicine cabinet,removed old light, installed new light fixture, moved electrical outlet, redid all the tile on one wall. the bathroom looks clean and modern, no longer dated 1950's. my plumber did the sink and toilet, but I will use Roca for my next toilet replacement. He is very easy to work with, comes on time and finishes work in a timely fashion. and his pricing is very reasonable.

Roca is a professional person, he came to check the job right away. After a few back and forth with scheduling the appointment he showed up punctual and in a professional and fast manner completed the light fixture installing.

They did a very good job of installing custom wood soffits. They worked with us to find the best wood to use and they stained and installed them professionally. I would recommend Roca & Associates and plan to use them again.
