Roca is very professional and hard worker. They finished the driveway paving with good quality. I will definitely hire this company again if I have new related projects.

Did not deliver what he said he will. Told me he will come back in the spring to complete painting and then denied that painting was included for the base of the door that he installed and charged extra for it. He wasn't able to adjust a mirror door suggesting the wall is not straight. The storm door he installed is not adjusted correctly to block the wind. If you are going to hire him, make sure his quotes are very detailed and do not pay until his job is completed, and finally do not expect him to come back to make any corrections.

Had to have some plaster work done. Roca was quick to respond and give a estimate. Price was good and had him do the work. He was very professional and completed the job on time and was neat with the work, and will be using him again for other projects.

The wind took our storm door and broke our outside light fixture. I found Roca on this site and he took very good care of us. He came right away, removed the dangerous broken light fixture and door. Then bought replacement lights and storm door at home depot. Unfortunately the storm door had a defective latch. He removed it, returned it, bought a new one and installed the new one. His work was quick and right and we would definitely use him again. He was very interested in being sure we were both happy with the final product. I really appreciated that.

I've been a homeowner more than fifty years. As a longtime DIYer I appreciate good workmanship and expect it from any contractor I hire, and there have been many. Roca and his workers are in a class by themselves. I was planning several projects, starting with a complete refurbishing of our large deck. Roca's company was recommended; his price quote was fair and I was impressed with the speed which he returned phone calls. After removing the deck flooring, the understructure revealed many flaws which needed correcting. Although this involved much extra work, Roca insisted on doing the job right--at no extra charge. The rebuilt deck is perfect. While working on the deck we discussed the other projects for which I had planned to hire a mason, and a landscaper. It turns out that Roca is a master craftsman in these areas as well as carpentry. He stayed on an additional three weeks, doing several complex masonry jobs, including some major yard drainage work and extensive landscaping. In all of these projects, Roca brought a real touch of artistry so that the finished work really adds much to the exterior appearance of the property. While doing the major work he spotted several problems, inside and out that needed correcting and threw in these projects as well--refurbishing two overhead garage doors, re-aligning a gate and fence, and re-connecting and re-taping a major A/C duct in the attic. And, finally, during all this time, while we had a dumpster in the driveway, he helped me clean out the garage and basement. The charge for all this work was more than reasonable. When the weather gets too cold for outdoor work, Roca will be coming back to sand and refinish some interior hardwood floors and other interior work.. No matter the job, I could not recommend anyone more highly.
