Olegario did a very nice job with my minor bathroom renovation. He put up new sheet rock, framed and installed a new recessed medicine cabinet, and replaced all the tile on the wall. The area looks like new and is much prettier than before. He was very accommodating and reliable, showing up promptly each day. I plan to hire him for another more extensive, bathroom renovation, which will involve new cabinetry, toilet and sink. Price was extremely reasonable.

The projects were completed in one day. Them covered the kitchen area with plastic as they repaired the ceiling then had it dry and re-painted the whole ceiling. They re-installed a small piece of outside siding that came down during a storm. The price quoted was the price paid. I will hire them again..

Roca has been great to work with and our deck project was done quickly and professionally. Roca (the owner) has a good eye for what will look good and his advice was very helpful in guiding us to make the right decisions throughout the project. He was genuinely concerned that the deck look as good as it possibly could, even for some decisions that made the job more difficult for them. It's important to communicate throughout the project, but this is true of all contractors in our experience. We plan to use Roca for additional projects and will recommend his company to others.

If solid work at a fair price is what you are looking for Roca is the guy. Communicating with him via text and email can be a bit confusing but the work and price are what I am most concerned with. I strongly recommend .

I searched the internet for a deck guy just to get a few qoutes. Roca was the 3rd of the contractors I called. His qoute not only came in much better but I got more for my money with upgrades and a few more features on my deck. I love my new deck! He did a great job and was done quickly as well.

They installed a rangehood for me very quickly and Roca was very friendly and professional. His prices were very reasonable. I would hire him again.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. Final project turned out great. They did more than what was agreed upon with no extra charge. The pricing was very reasonable!!!!
