It went very well. At first they did not know that I had pre-paid. I talked to them about my timer and they did say that it would need to be replaced sometime this year. They did not push to do it right then.

The service personnel arrived on time and did everything as promised. I only gave a rating of B for responsiveness because they didn't contact us for a few days to schedule the appointment. I don't think there's a problem with that, but I think the rating is fair.

They performed a winterization for our sprinkler system and even though the offer was limited to 6 zones (I think), they did all of our zones and were kind enough to not charge extra. They were very easy to communicate with via email and I would definitely recommend them.

The crew that came out the day of installation was very professional. They removed old fencing, worked quickly, answered my concerns and the new fence looks really great. I have no complaints whatsoever on the results and think the work was worth the price and the wait. Would use the again.

Scheduling was easy and they accommodated to our time frame. There was one technician that came out and it took about an hour to complete the work. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with their work.

It went fine and I dealt with them twice already. They were fine to deal with. They were responsive and helpful.

I called and scheduled an appointment to winterize our sprinkler system, and they gave me a date and a three hour window, that they would come. Then they called about half an hour before and said they were on there way. I think the they did a great job and will definitely have them back in the spring to make some changes to our system.

The job went perfectly, Ecosytem coordinated with the landscaper to install the system at the right time. Which was in between the grading of the property and installation of the sod. Everything works as expected and they have returned to answer some additional concerns about the systems function at no additional cost. We will be using them to service the system on an annual basis as well.

The actual fence looks okay, but I've had issues with the the main double door gate from the beginning. They have attempted to fix the gate, which you can't open from the outside because it is rubbing/leaning against the other door about 2 or 3 times with no success. When they fix it, it is good for about 2 or 3 weeks and then it goes back to the same way. I have even spoken to the manager and he has not returned the phone call he promised in two days. I spent a lot of money on the fence and would have expected an overall great job, but it is frustrating that after 6 months I am still dealing with the same issues. The labor piece is still under warranty and they have not honored it.

My sprinkler/irrigation system had been installed by another company that apparently closed. We turned to Angie's List to find another company to makes repairs to and service our system. EcoSystems far surpassed the previously used company. The men acted as "detectives" in finding leaks and also made suggestions about how to improve the overall functionality of our system. I have since recommended them to friends and colleagues. I am very satisfied with EcoSystems.

Everything went well. The salesperson was thorough and knowledgeable. There was a crew of about 4 workers installing the system. While there, I was asking different questions. At times, I felt that the supervisor was a bit unhappy with my questions but he did answer what I needed. I have called back because I don't believe the rain sensor is working properly. They are going to schedule an appointment to look at it.

This company gets good reviews but the sales pitch totally turned me off. I went with a local company where the owner did the work himself, that's the guy I want to talk to.

Installation of the new system went very well from the first meeting with the owner of the company , office staff and install technicians, and all were very professional. The install crew were polite, hard working, fast and neat. The sprinkler system is a joy, I give this company high ratings, and will definitely hire them again for maintenance and repairs.

The first meeting went well. He was courteous and professional. He was in uniform and covered everything and answered all my questions. The BBB and Angies List reviews were good as well as a personal reference. I paid my deposit and it was all down hill from there. I was told we would have our fence done before the fourth of July. That did not happen and we had no communication expressing that. We were told we would be called a week before the install date. We were called the day before and could not be there and had to reschedule. It was very inconvenient. We rescheduled our day and time so I could be there to get them started. On my contract it states between8-9:30 unless another time is discussed. I told them I had to leave for work by 10am. At 11:00 no one was here and no phone call. I finally called them as was told they would be here in 45 minutes. I was now late and had to leave. I had to tell them on the phone what I needed them to know. It was extremely hot out and I have no idea why they did not start at 8. I was told that the workers come from all over and it takes them time to get here. Sorry, but when you have a job and a time to start.....you start. They worked for 3 hours and put up part of the fence facing the wrong way. I rushed home as they asked me to be here by 3:30 to discuss the next day and they were gone. I was not happy. The next day they were late again. I was also told they would be in uniform, be professional and would be able to communicate with me. No One was in uniform and once the foreman left after 30 minutes communication with these 2 men was difficult at best. They worked all day and finished. You would think great. No! They left my yard and driveway a mess. Trash in my backyard and dirt everywhere! My husband came home from work and started cleaning. I stopped him and called the owner. Let me tell you that I had already spoken to him at least 6-10 times about all the issues. He offered no apologies. Just excuses. He sent the guys back 2 times to try and clean up. They had no rakes, no shovels and a tiny house broom. They were using there hands and their Acme bags to try and clean. Oh and they tried to hose it off creating a huge mud puddle. It was a joke. Oh and they left wood too. Scraps and large pieces of my old fence. It was a mess and we just told them to please leave. My husband worked for 3 hours to properly clean up. The owner of EcoSystems then showed up at my house, while my husband was cleaning, to collect the balance! He again made excuses for the lack of uniforms, lack of communication and that they left before cleaning up properly because it was hot and they were tired. Ok.... so why not send them back in the morning to finish! I went over everything and expressed my displeasure again. I had really had it with everything. he took $250 off the bill and left. I am still not happy as the whole experience was terrible. Awful customer service. Oh and my husband now has to lower part of the fence in the backyard. They could not be bothered to move a small root, that took 2 seconds with a shovel, and put the fence at the proper height! It makes me so mad as I did my research and got references. I feel I got ripped off!! Never would I recommend them to anyone! * the above grades of price and quality reflect the quoted price compared to others and not how I feel now. The quality of the actual fence is fine so felt it only fair to state that.

EcoSystems Irrigation Custom Lawn Sprinkler Fence was excellent. They had to come back and do it all over again and charged us another $89. The first time, they didn't really identified the problem, they thought they fixed it and had to come back and it was a bigger problem. The price was okay to me. They came back either the second or third day which is pretty good. The second technician that showed u was really good, the first technician misidentified it.
