Juan gave us a reasonable quote on the phone and that was the price. He installed a new outlet for us and replaced a basement light fixture. The outlet had to be in a precise spot, and Juan was able to place perfectly. He cleaned up afterward. He was very pleasant and friendly. We would definitely use him again.

Almedia (Juan) did a great job on installing a chandelier as well as the multi-pole switch. He and his team arrived slightly late (evening), and diligently setup and installed the chandelier over the next 3-4 hours. There were a couple of minor fixes that he took care of during a second visit. Juan was very professional, responsive, responsible and charges reasonably for his services. I'd highly recommend him

I hired Juan to hang a chandelier. His estimate was very competitive. He was very professional and did great work. He took care to explain that the chandelier might need a support installed, but in the end was able to secure it in the attic. (The job was to hang a chandelier in an 18 foot high great room). He respected my property which is very important to me. A couple days later I needed him to come out for a suspected problem with the power to my sewer pump. He understood the urgency and came right out to help. He found no issues and only charged me for a survice call. Enough said.
