Description of Work: Stay away. First the price, 11,500 for a bow window too much. Started at 15,000 then came with I can do this for u and there’s this discount and so on. So, overpriced but it’s a major window and I’ve heard and read nothing but good things about the installers. The outside looks silly. There a bunch of plastic on the top and bottom. It doesn’t look good. The inside is beautiful. Got the oak trim package it looks great. There’s air coming in through the window, not supposed to happen. The weather stripping on the outside of the window is tucked in the window or missing I don’t know. I noticed it the installers should have too they didn’t. The interior molding surrounding the window is not flush with the wall. It’s a good half of an inch off in some places. The part of the window where u can sit at. The sales guy said it wouldn’t get cold it was insulated. It gets cold because they used a thin piece of insulation, 11,500 u think u would get a nice piece of rock wool or something nope. So please skip renewal

Description of Work: Replaced 21 Windows throughout our house. They did all the work in one day. They were very professional. We actually used them several years prior for a summer home with the same professionalism. They are expensive but the quality of their windows is terrific.

Description of Work: Installed 16 replacement windows in home. Were very professional and competent. Placed plastic over furniture, moved furniture when necessary, replaced moved furniture, cleaned up afterward, vacuuming where necessary. Overall, very pleased with workmanship and product.

Description of Work: I was thoroughly satisfied with everyone that I dealt with from the salesman to the construction manager who measured the job to the supervisor and crew who did the installation. Everything that I requested of the construction manager was agreed to and relayed to the supervisor of the installation crew. All work was completed neatly and professionally. | |If I were to point to one negative it would have to be the cost of the windows and only time will tell if this was money well spent.

Description of Work: Replaced five windows on house. Easily installed. Clean, efficient work. Just don't love the mechanism in the windows (makes an annoying spring like sound when opening and closing that makes them sound cheap). But it greatly improved the heating efficiency in the rooms affected. Good quality product. I just like the look and feel of new construction windows better I think.

Description of Work: Had service rep come out to give estimate on replacing 1 bay window. Originally, quoted $10,000 but with discounts, if signed contact that day, the price was reduced to $7,800. This still seem way overpriced for one 'replacement' window.
