Stellar Support! NJ Pest Defense were very professional when they visit my home. The technician was polite and seemed experienced when servicing our home. He even gave me tips on how to prevent the mice from coming into my bedrooms. I am happy I found them on Angie's list and will be using this company for any other pest issues in the future.

George was great. He arrived when he told me he would come. He was professional and knew exactly what to do. He evaluated the room where the wasps first appeared and all were dead on the floor. The heat killed them since I closed the doors and placed towels the bottom. He went outside and showed me the point of entry through a small hole under an external cedar shingle. He climbed a ladder and sprayed some white powder into the hole and about 250-300 wasps flew out. He stayed for over 90 minutes to be certain that he resolved the problem. He got all of them. I could feel my blood pressure come down as he left. I was grateful to get my house back. George is a terrific guy and I have already recommended the service to my neighbors.

GREAT SERVICE! very professional and organized technicians. they came in took their time figured out a plan.They put a lot of bait in a small black box in the perimeter of my kitchen where I mostly seen the mice at night. So far it's been working, it's been about two months and they followed up with service twice and I am seeing less mouse activity and no more droppings of mice poop.

Excellent!!! I couldn't be more satisfied with this company they went above and beyond to help me get rid of bed bugs. They lifted the mattresses in every room during the inspection and there were clusters of bed bugs hidden in the corners of the mattress That I could not believe were there. I thought the bites I had on my body were from a camping trip because there were many mosquitoes turned out they were not mosquito bites. The technician seemed very knowledgeable and explained to me how he knew they were bed bug bites, because of the pattern of bites my daughter had on her feet and legs. I was very impressed with all the extra information and the way they communicated with me plus their great quality work was very well worth the price. will definitely recommend to everyone I know with any issues.

It went better than I thought it would have. The fear of having bed bugs in my home after having family and friends over for a birthday party was torturing it was a complete nightmare. I couldn't sleep and I was ready to throw out all of my furniture until I called NJ pest defense they explained to me step by step on how to prepare and assured me that I would not have to throw away my furniture unless i really wanted to. JOB WELL DONE!!! The young lady I spoke with on the telephone was very polite and showed a tremendous amount of patience and was very helpful on how to prepare before the service can be done. The technician was very professional and gave me some tips on how to avoid having roaches, he showed great integrity I felt very comfortable dealing with this company. I had an ongoing rodent problem and I tried everything. I called NJ pest defense and I was treated like family rather than a customer which made me feel more relaxed. NJ Pest Defense did an excellent job with treating the infestation of Ants I had living with me. There were millions of Ants on my deck, under the deck, on my patio furniture, on the house and inside my home they were EVERYWHERE. My grandchildren were afraid to come over and stay a while. After the first treatment with NJ pest defense I didn't see anymore Ants inside or outside my home but, the company still followed up as they promised and returned for a second treatment right before the Easter Holiday. The colonies are gone and my family and I were able to enjoy a peaceful Easter dinner thanks to Nj Pest Defense! Came in and explained they can come back if all clothes were not treated properly. Offered a 3 month assurance. Walked us through how to prepare for the service. After that, he treated all the rooms, the furniture etc. Helped move old undesired furniture out and explained how to sort laundry. No issues after treatment.
