Replaced exhaust fan hood. Charged me for the whole fan assembly and took the fan back to their shop.

I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK A FEW TIMES , BUT IT WAS NOT A PROBLEM. THEY CAME AND FIXED THE WIRES. WORKERS ARE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. I PLAN ON CALLING THEM AGAIN FOR A NEW PROJECT.

The two electricians that performed the work arrived on time, were very pleasant to work with, and cleaned up after themselves. There were some minor issues with the appointment as originally scheduled, but we were able to clear them up. I gave them 4 stars for "Value for the money" only because the replacement bulbs I had to use were very expensive. Overall, the job was completed successfully and I'm quite satisfied and I would use them again.

There was really no extensive work that needed to be done on my attic fan, it just needed to be checked and temperature brought down. It was set too high. However, the gentleman was wonderful and professional. I did think that $150 was high for a service call.
