Great to work with. Helped me out in an emergency situation.

The technician who came to my house was clearly in between jobs. He was on his phone almost the whole time. We were not his priority. Thankfully he came out on a Saturday, but he was not prepared for basic troubleshooting as he had to leave for 30 minutes to get a line tester. His work was good, but he was sloppy leaving our ceiling tiles mangled and misaligned. And to top it off, he re-installed the light switch upside down. I had to kill the circuit that it too him 1.5 hours to fix to correct his error. His personality was nice We have two dogs and a cat so I had to keep making sure that all of the animals didn't get out as he rushed back and forth to his truck multiple times. Overall he was nice and responsive. When we asked him for the price, he whipped out his cell phone and asked me when he started? Seriously. I have no idea what is hourly rate is, what the service call costed, or what I should have paid. I'm glad the problem is fixed, but would be hesitant at best to use this company again.

The power outlet for my fish pond stopped working & I needed it fixed quickly so the fish would not be stressed & die. MM Electric called right away & set up an appointment for that day. They arrived when they said they would, took their time evaluating the problem & made the proper repair. Mike & Jose were lovely & very professional.

I have used MM Electric for several projects. Each time I was more than pleased with the service. Prompt, fair and professional. When we first moved in, we thought we needed to replace the entire electrical paneling but we were told it was not necessary. He would replace it if we wanted it done but the panel was functional, given our usage. When I asked him about installing a new door bell, he said he would but it would be cheaper if I just replaced the battery ! Embarrassing but true. When the air conditioner repair company came to fix our air conditioner, they tried to charge me an exorbitant amount to replace a fuse. I called Mike, who spoke to the technician and asked for his electrical license number. Turned out he didnâ t have one and didnâ t know what he was doing, Mike sent someone over immediately and fixed the minor problem at a fraction of the cost. Office staff is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Although we had small projects, I would not hesitate to call them again. Trustworthy and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Neat and reasonibly priced. Other recomendation (Gold Star was twice the price. Their suggested installation was trying to overkill the scope of the project. Individual was rude.)
