Description of Work: Provided estimate for an extensive repointing job under my half wrap around porch which is about 80 linear feet - all of which was in very bad shape. Difficult job for anyone to do based on fact of crawling under porch. They were very prompt and professional. I went with another company based on price and fact that I needed it done quick and cheap vs. visually appealing and detailed. I would still recommend Fernandez & Sons!

Description of Work: Came to our home for an estimate on a patio, repair front walkway, and retention wall. Victor brought up a great point about not doing expensive work when we plan on remodeling our house. My husband and I have only lived in our house for 3 weeks now. We have plans to fix it but thought about just repairing those items until we have afford to remodel. However, Victor was correct and advised us to really think about our future plans for the house and what we could do to increase its value. We're holding off but will absolutely be calling them once we are ready to do the work. Professional, punctual, and best of all, Honest.

Description of Work: Contacted to remove small brick patio on side of house and build new one with pavers or bluestone. I made an appointment with Victor (supposed to be the owner) he was supposed to stop by my house between 9:30- 10:30 AM on a Saturday. He called @ 10;50 AM, stating he had a personal problem and could come in by 11:30 AM. I re-scheduled for Monday 9/19 @ 2:PM, never showed nor called. Obviously , I did not contact him again, since he showed his irresponsibility up front.
