Thank you for providing the review. Unfortunately, there appears to be some confusion regarding the information provided. The request for a quote was submitted by email on 05/11/15 @ 11:44am; a phone call to set an appointment was made on 05/11/15 @ 2:59pm with an appointment set for the next day 05/12/15 @ 11am. Unfortunately, upon arrival at the location provided - Marlton, NJ (specific address omitted for privacy) in the email request submitted we learned that the quote was for a rental unit owned in Voorhees, NJ (specific address omitted for privacy). When asked if we could meet in approximately 15 minutes (the amount of time for us to drive from the address provided to the actual address where work was to be completed) - we were informed that you were unable to meet at that time and a second appointment date was set for 05/13/15 @ 12pm at the Voorhees location. Upon arrival, the only representative on site was the tenant. A full site inspection for replacement of the door was completed and before leaving the location two phone calls (05/13/15 @ 12:13pm and 05/13/15 @ 12:15pm) were made to try to reach you. In the second of the two phone calls - all necessary information was provided regarding the replacement of the door including pricing as that specific community has requirements that restrict the type/style of door that can be installed (flush door required). As such, we apologize for any misunderstanding however we made a concerted to meet with you and provide the information necessary to help with the replacement of your door. As noted, and based upon the site inspection completed, we have all of the information necessary to assist with the replacement of your garage door. Please contact us to discuss further. Thank you.
