Silvino and his dad along with his contractors remodeled 2 bathrooms and installed a slider in 2 weeks!!!! He even expanded one of the bathrooms to add a shower! The tiler is one of the best I have ever seen! Silvino was very attentive and reliable. He was in constant contact. Will definitely continue to use!!!

I had 2 bedrooms painted and a complete bathroom remodeling. A new tiled shower with tub removed. Silvio started the next day after I hired him. Both projects were finished in 1 1/2 weeks. Wow!! Excellent communication with Silvio throughout. I always knew just what was going on. I was completely thrilled with the finished bathroom and so was my son. All aspects came together with each worker knowing his particular assignment. I was extremely pleased and would recommend S Mendez Construction to anyone. Thank you Silvio for a 5-star job well done!
