Tom from RDH responded quickly and was able to visit the same day. The push buttons on the old panel had stopped working and it was hooked to the heat, so I was without heat for two days and it was 26 degrees. Tom noticed that the heat was not working, without me saying anything and the first thing he did was to get the heat working. Later he went into the details of the work and pricing. This is kind gesture is not something you come across often and I am grateful. He also worked swiftly with the warranty company to get them all the detail they needed and was detailed in his work and ensured he cleaned up after. He ensure all outlets and all appliances were up and running and I felt he took his time to do his work without rushing to just get it done. I am very pleased and would recommend RDH electric.

I usually don’t write reviews, but this company is amazing. Tom came out the day after I called to review my project and provide a quote to wire my sunroom. I could tell from our conversation that he really knew exactly what needed to be done to do the job right. His price was fair and accounted for all of the work necessary. Tom submitted the required permits and gave me detailed instructions for dealing with my township. The work was done on time and without any surprises. I could not have been happier with the way the entire project was handled. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done!
