Arlind Construction's staff were fantastic from start to end. They told us how long it would take and maintained their word about when they would arrive and return to finish the job. This operation replaced a 45 year old deck and stairs that had been patched many times. My 75 year old grandmother (homeowner) is very delighted with her new composite deck and stairs.

The Arlind Construction staff were excellent throughout the process. Zach supplied us with several options throughout the design phase and was extremely prompt, frequently messaging several design photos immediately after small modifications. Our old deck was quickly removed and thoroughly cleaned. The installation process went well, although owing to supply concerns, we had to change materials for our original choice of decking. We received a better product with a longer warranty. The attention to detail was excellent, with Zach immediately resolving any issues we discovered. Everything turned out beautifully, from painting the deck structure to touching up the stucco to make it blend better. I would not hesitate to choose Arlind Construction for any decking projects.

As part of annual maintenance, Arlind Construction recently resealed our roof, and they performed a fantastic job. They provided an in-home estimate extremely quickly, took the time to thoroughly explain their assessment, and maintained excellent communication throughout. The scheduling was also quite accommodating. Our roof received two coats of silver coat. Our day's foreman, Kevin, was outstanding. He was really approachable and communicative, and they worked very quickly and expertly. I'm really happy right now. I will without a doubt suggest these people to any buddies who require roofing services.
