Description of Work: Wasn't overly impresses, in original email I listed jobs I was looking to have completed, including tearing off a shed type roof, including the underlayment. I received an email from Dina (I assume Eric's wife) scheduling an appointment with hours from 10 to 12, I requested that appointment be closer to 10 because I had other things happening (electrician upgrading my service) there was no reply from either Dina or Eric. At 11:15 I received a call that they will be at my home in 10 minutes, I turn around and head back home (I left because electrician needed something), first words from Dina was, "I guess you forgot about appointment", not a good start for me. | |Then I proceed to show Dina (while Eric stood behind her) the biggest job I want completed (which was in the original email, the shed type roof removal), I explained that I wanted a handyman to do all the work, I didn't want to pay 5 different handymen to complete it all. Dina told me, without missing a beat that Eric the handyman wasn't interest in the big job. At that point I said "ok", I'll just get with someone else and thank you for their time." Dina said they were still interested in the other jobs, which I proceeded to say "I want a single handyman to complete all the jobs just I said earlier." | |Dina proceeded to say "if I can't even keep an appointment this whole thing probably wouldn't work out good anyway." I left Dina and Eric the handyman standing in my drive as I left, with them still complaining about me being late for the appointment (which is beyond me how i was late, but go figure) and not offering them any work. The electrician leant a good lesson on how not the treat potential clients. | |Odd, very odd.
