Dan was a pleasure to work with, his price was fair and given up front, he stayed in touch and was always on time, and the quality of the finished product is fantastic! We couldn't be happier and will definitely be using Dam again for any other doors or window projects we have.

So We called and we're so so glad we did., and she was 100 % on. My window looks awesome, { window was large} price was more than fair for the work done, these people are true craftsman very hard to find today. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!!! Everything was great. Dan was thorough in describing the job, making recommendations, and taking measurements. The company that actually makes the doors was a little slow, but Dan warned me about that and had both doors in in one day as soon as he had them. I had a door done before at a previous residence, and I found the price and the service to be much better with Coulter!

Dan did an excellent job with our doors and windows. Quick to respond, professional, and responsible. The installations only took a couple of days and Dan left the worksite in excellent condition. We are incredibly happy with the work that Dan has done for us. Would highly recommend!

Perfectly. Called to see if it was ok to start early in AM. As we are early risers, it was great with us. Were extremely efficient. No mess, no fuss. We care less about cost and expect perfection. They were done in a couple of days! They are a family business with Dan Coulter heading the crew. He is hands on and explains everything thoroughly! I contacted him while he was working on a neighbors house! They are prompt, efficient and priced competitively! They also reinstated window treatments. I would highly recommend!

We hired Dan because of his reputation in our condo community. We did the right thing. We could not be happier! Dan is a skilled craftsman. He installed 8 windows and a slider in our newly purchased condo. We needed the door installed quickly because we were putting a new wood floor down and needed the door in place before we could install the floor. Dan was able to meet our deadlines and the work he performed was excellent. He took his time to do the job "the right way" and the end result is beautiful. He kept the work area clean and free from debris. As he was finishing up the window installation and it was getting dark, he asked if he could come back the next day to finish the exterior caulking because he didn't want to rush and try to finish the job in the dark. Dan came back the next day and finished the job...again it was beautiful! I would recommend Dan Coulter without any reservation. If you want a fair price and the job done right...Dan is your man.

It was perfection from start to finish. Upon contacting Dan he was out fast to discuss what we wanted and review options. He also helped steer us in the right direction for what made most sense for the project overall. While the window was custom and had to be made we knew there wouldn't be an exact install date until time got closer but we did pencil in 9/7/16. What do you know - window arrived and installation began that day. Dan and his team showed up promptly and got to work immediately. They are all very delightful, work extremely well together and did a tremendous job. We requested a few additional items to be done and they graciously accommodated those requests. During this installation we learned that the company that was supposed to install front and back door have not come through with the front door. Coulter Construction will get that job as well. Top notch all around.

They did a nice job. I had a fine experience with them. They did the job and it was done quickly and it was good. He was very professional.

He arrived shortly after contacting him. He said he would make up an estimate. That was our first and last contact. Called twice about two or three weeks later. His machine said he'd get back to me ASAP, but he never did.

Very reasonably price. Excellent service. The crew he had working with him were very polite and clean as a whistle. When they left there was nothing to be found. They worked rather quickly. They did the roof in one day and left everything spick and span.

Job took about a month. Mr. Coulter was here every day with his crew. They worked 10 hours a day six days a week. Often in July temperatures up to 105 degrees until the job was complete! The crew were very polite and cleaned up at the end of each and every day. Mr. Coulter oversaw all the work himself. He explained everything beforehand and as the job progressed, he pointed out things that needed to be fixed or changed in order to ensure that the job was done correctly. We highly highly recommend Coulter Construction.

Dan did and excellent job. I would recommend him highly to anyone. They were more detailed than companies I have used in the past. They have done several houses in the area because they come so highly recommended. I am very pleased with the job that they did.
