it went well, other than the tech making it sound like it was a career altering nightmare job. Its what you do buddy!! It was fine they did a professional job, fair price and no hassles for sure. they showed up when they said they would, charged what they saidf they would and gave me a break because of the amount of work i did.

we called Jim Tracy, the owner of East Coast Irrigation in Marlboro in October of 2008,after his busy season was over. He came out to the property and walked around with us, listening to our plans for what we wanted to plant in different places--some of it was done already, but a lot of the beds were not dug yet. In a couple places we had problems and questions. Jim had the answers.
He took notes and carefully listened to everything we had to say. he made suggestions or offered advice where necessary.
The following April we called him to arrange the installation. He and his crew did a good job. He left us information on all the types of sprinkler heads, the programmable control box, rain sensor, etc. Anytime we called with questions, he was responsive and helpful.
I was surprised to see that they left us all the roots and debris that they had chopped out when running the lines, the left-over lines that they cut off, and some other constrution-site materials. They had not told us about it ahead of time and it was left for us to haul away.
We still use East Coast to turn on the sprinklers in the spring and turn them off in the fall. It's hard to get intouch with them. The last time I called to make an appointment I had to leave a message--no one called me back and a couple days later I called and left another message. Someone called me back that time.
