The dumpster rental went as well as I could hope for. Pricing was easy, communication was quick and easy, payment was easy. We even went slightly over the allotted weight and they waived the fee. We also needed the dumpster an extra two days, and it was as straightforward as giving them a phone call. This was really a no-brainer. Good folks over at Jersey Shore Moving.

they showed up on time. Got all of her furniture and household goods loaded onto their truck in a short amount of time. wrapped all of her TV sets, computer etc with care. brought garment bags. Most of the household items were boxed already but what they boxed they took care with. they had to drive an hour and half to Wayne NJ and made good time. They had her unpacked by 3p.m and unwrapped all of the furniture and took all of the wrapping and boxes that were unpacked with them to dispose of. there were 3 men and they were all very professional and polite and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone

I had them come out for an estimate. Firstly, he showed up late for his appointment with no apology or phone call. Was told my townhouse move would require 6 men and two trucks. I then had other movers come out a give estimates and they all said it only needed one truck and 3-4 men. When comparing estimates he had very inflated prices for fuel and such. His quote was over a thousand dollars and almost double what others were offering. I recommend shopping around and getting several estimates for your move.

3 men and a truck showed up on time as scheduled. They moved the heavy furniture that I could no longer handle, as I'm not as young as I used to be. They started right away and even finished ahead of schedule. Their service was very professional and their pricing very fair. I highly recommend them. Thanks Brian

Got an estimate to move from NJ to Florida on 6/18 told that were were moving between June 21-24. Called today to give a firm date and find out abourt a deposit. Salesman said he called and left me a message a few days ago - that did not happen! Today he says they can't move me until the middle of August - the closing on my house is 7/25! Now I have to find someone else!~

It could not have gone smoother and everything was done in time and worked out just great!

The gentlemen were very professional , pleasant and worked well together. Roberto was the man in charge. They moved quickly and handled all items with care.

Three guys came and worked very hard. They were on time and the estimated hours were very close to the actual time spent moving so there was no $$ surprise. Guys were friendly and wouldn't let us do a thing.

My moving day was the smoothest part of the entire purchase/moving ordeal. Jersey Shore Moving showed up 15 minutes early and worked at brisk speed to load everything in the truck. They even took care of removing the garden hose which which was stuck on the faucet. The entire job was done in 4.5 hours, considerably less than the 7 hour estimate. The three movers were all friendly and professional. This was the third moving company I have used, and they were the best out of all of them.

Moving can be, and usually is, a stressful and dreaded experience. I have moved over 10 times in the past 18 years, both my business and residence, and have never used such a professional and thoughtful moving company as Jersey Shore Moving and Storage. I found them through a recommendation from a friend who owns an antique furniture business who uses Jersey Shore Moving for delivery of high end antique pieces in the tri state area. From my initial phone call speaking with Charla , the Jersey Shore Moving office manager, i felt at ease and and reassured that they would do everything they could to make my move as smooth as possible. The owner, Jonathan was able to visit my home the next day for an estimate. He reviewed every cost in detail and explained how they would wrap and protect my furniture. I found his price excellent, actually better than another company that charged extra to shrink wrap the beds and furniture! The movers arrived on time, prepared and ready to go on moving day. They were courteous, polite and professional and helped with whatever i needed done , like removing pictures off the walls etc. They also did a wonderful job of securely packing all my glassware, dishes and fragile items which all arrived safely. When they unloaded at the new house, they really went the extra mile, putting together the bed frames and moving the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I was worried that all my boxes wouldnt fit as I was moving into a smaller home, which as it turns out , they didn't, and was relieved that Jersey Shore Moving also has climate controlled storage so that they moved what didn't fit into storage that day. It was a very positive experience with this company, and I would definitely recommend them. They are moving my sister next month from NYC to Florida. They are proud of their work, reputation and standards they keep..and it shows!!
