Description of Work: Called to determine why air is not running, turn out to be collapsed Return Duct , scheduled to do the work two weeks later because they were booked up. |Did great work and air is running again, great customer service, after they repaired the duct, they went around to check on AC unites and make sure air run through the vents in the house. |Mr. Walt McCollum also called later to apologized for late scheduling. |Would recommend!

Description of Work: WALT MCCOLLUM PLUMBING was one of 5 providers I asked for an estimate of the services I wanted performed. They were very prompt coming to do an inspection to prepare an estimate. I was disappointed that it then took several weeks and many phone calls to get the actual estimate. When I received the estimate, it was almost 3 times higher for the exact same service and heating unit from the provider I finally chose.

Description of Work: Fixed two outdoor faucets, which also required some under sink work indoors. |Installed clay filter for a slop sink in garage. It did not have the room for the unit we purchased as it was created. The two men working here figured out how to create plumbing to make it work. We appreciated their knowledge and ability to adjust.

Description of Work: I was not able to get the contractor to the house sooner than 4 days. I understand scheduling issues. However, I was able to locate someone else off the list who would be able to come more quickly. Otherwise, i found this company to be responsive with their communications.

Description of Work: I had frozen pipes and a bad diverter in the shower. They were prompt and professional. Pipe was opened within 1hr, but they had to return the next day with the diverter.(No more in stock.)I know they were tired working long hours through this extremely cold weather we had. Thanks again for your prompt service. I certainly will call you with any plumbing needs in the future.

I was impressed by this since they could have made the decision on their own. Anyway, I was very pleased with the work and their responsiveness.

+ 0 moreI will definitely use them again and have added their company name/number to our contacts for future use. Crew was on time and took care to lay down towels since it was raining to avoid tracking footprints throughout house while working.
Description of Work: Quick response to a service call for a clogged drain and a minor water leak in basement. Replaced the trap under the sink and to our laughter recovered numerous straws, a nail file, and other items that I cannot even imagine how they entered the sink drain. Additionally, trap was replaced to avoid a slight back pitch and water leak just needed to be sealed from the original contractor.

+ 0 moreMark and his workers have performed many repairs to my heating system over the years and have also helped with a remodel to my bathroom. Mark's communication with me has been exceptional. I can always depend on him to get back to me with updates and he promptly answers my e-mails. The work he does is well done and I plan on continuing to use him in the future. It's not often you get a company who is as responsive as this.
Description of Work: Mark McCollum and his workers have worked diligently to install a new toilet, re-route baseboard heating, and to repair my Weil-McLain heater. Following Hurricane Sandy they came as quickly as possible to re-connect my gas in order to give me heat. I can't speak highly enough about Mark and his workers.

They were efficient and respectful of our house and walls especially since one of the furnace systems was located in the attic. They will be coming back in the summer to do the summer service/cleaning. We signed a contract for the year and we are very pleased.

+ -1 moreI’ve been using them since for my plumbing needs. I’ve been very happy with them. They responded to calls that I’ve made to them. Right after the storm, they were forced to strictly follow a call log, meaning do service calls as they came in because they had so many. We had to wait and be patient for them to come out. When they did come out, the work they did has been thorough and I haven’t had any complaints. I would recommend them to anybody. They were in the higher end as far as estimates go which is okay but you have to let them know about your financial needs.
Description of Work: I used Walt McCollum Plumbing, Heating, Cooling in my other property for plumbing services. I got an estimate from them last month for a work that I’m gonna be needing.
