Gave me a great price on a Friday and came back Monday to do the job. Replaced my side door in garage and framed out frame that was rotted out. He was peofessional and cordial and I would use him again if needed.

Very courteous and professional. Plan on using them again for other projects.

removed top layer of snow from driveway with snowblower..... Got stuck in remaining snow in driveway trying to get out....attemepted to contact.... no response. Had to hire someone else to get me out.

Johnson's R&R refused to give an estimate and would only work by the hour without any indication of time or cost. We trusted him anyway based upon reviews, but that was a mistake. We gave a list of work we needed and gave instructions for some work to wait until the important issues were completed to ensure that the costs would be manageable. They did not follow those instructions and completed work that was secondary, but not the biggest item (the item we contacted them about initially), They even did work we did not request and charged us by the hour. Verbally he indicated a price when requesting a deposit and charged us more than double in the end - including time for work that was not needed until an additional estimate was provided. We requested an itemized pricing on the invoice and he would not provide it (promised but showed up without it). So we could not even see what we were billed for or the time it took. He was also supposed to bring an estimate for the remaining work, and came unprepared. We travel about 100 miles to meet him, and he was unprepared. We left with nothing. No bill, no estimate and work not completed. We paid in good faith anticipating this bill and estimate, but never heard from him again. He took apart our kitchen, charged us for his time to do so, and walked away from the job. Leaving us in a position that the house was unusable until we found another contractor. He still has our keys... Asked for them to be returned and now we have to wait for him to get to it. Totally unprofessional with the manner in which he conducted the business, in the way he talked to us, and the way he left things. He would say one thing one day, and another then next. Although the work he did was good, at least as we can see it right now, the cost was extremely unreasonable in the end and he deconstructed the property and then left it unusable. And the job we requested upon initial contact is not done. I would not recommend this contractor.

I found the gentlemen from R&R to be extremely professional. Their work was neat and exact and i will definitely be calling them again for any job around my home.

They did everything on our "punch list" in a timely fashion. Showed up when promised. Courteous and efficient. For all interior work they were knowledgeable and prepared and I would highly recommend them.

They removed flooring that had been installed by someone else and done incorrectly. They looked at each plank to make sure it was not damaged, prior to returning any to the floor. If, upon inspection of all sides, it did not meet their standards the piece was replaced with a new plank. We are very pleased with the way our floors look now.

They were good, courteous, and did a fantastic job. They did exactly what we needed them to do. The best!!

Greg paid a lot of attention to detail and made sure everything was right the first time. He was always easy to get a hold of. I felt like I was a priority. His pricing was very reasonable.

The thing that impressed me the most was he left the house cleaner than it was before he came to do the work. It was really a very positive experience!
