Had Build USA Repair my front steps. They did a great job at a great price. Highly Recommended.

From the moment I spoke to John I felt relaxed. He quoted reasonably, completed the work within a week and the finished work was perfect. I am so happy that he was able to repair rather than replace. And he did all of this in the rain.

Initial quotation that I got from the contractor was very reasonable, and did everything he said he would do without delay. After he started work he found something extra that needed work, gave me a few options including the extra payment needed. I had to pay more than the original quotation but still the best price for the work compared to other offers I got from other contractors.

They arrived early for the appointment, gave me an estimate with explanation of the work on the spot and then did a great job on my front steps. Quality work with professional, courteous service. We are schedulimg more work with them and highly recommend. John and Andy were great!

The team from Build USA did such an outstanding job. They took a rag tag of a room and made it beautiful. The floor they leveled was no small miracle and the tiles are beyond anything I could have imagined. In fact we have asked them to do some other work and we look forward to the completion. I have already recommended them to sister and any future work I may need I will call them.

Honest and hard working couldn't find any faults if you don't use them you are crazy. Tough to find people who have those attributes.

I needed a wood mental lowered on a brick fireplace. I was told by many Mason's this task wasn't doable. Build USA not only performed the task but gave a great price! They went above and beyond and even spoke to my electrician to know what he needed them to do so it would be wireless. I will 100% hire them again!

They were exactly on time for the estimate and I was able to schedule them for work the next day. They did an excellent job. There was just one minor issue with the cleanup of the concrete prep area that bled into my neighbors yard. But that said, I would definitely use them again.

Could not be more pleased with the work I had done by Build USA. They called me shortly after I submitted my request for work with Home Advisors and made an appointment promptly to look at my requirements. They were patient and thorough describing the work required and answered all my questions. Build USA gave me what I considered to be a fair and competitive price. I wanted the work done as soon as possible; and they were able to accommodate my schedule. The finished masonry work is beautiful. What I especially liked about the company was that: 1) the workers were always courteous and polite, 2) they always had things safely arranged and stacked at the end of each work day, and 3) they did a fabulous cleanup and the end of the project. The work area and surrounding areas were spotless. I would highly recommend them; and I would use their services again should another project arise.
