The worst customer service ever , the owner was very rude , no one showed up and yet i still have to get my refund back - They are very unprofessional - BE aware - do not do business with this rude business owner! he will just take your money and not call back!

John was professional from the start. He picked up the rugs the day and time he stated and when he returned them, they looked amazing. I will be using him again to have my wall to wall carpeting cleaned. I recommended him to a friend & neighbor who is extremely pleased with his work too. She has off white carpeting which had many stains on them. Now her carpeting looks brand new.
