The Satisfaction of Customers is the evidence of that adage. Driscoll Signature Decks offers over 25 years of experience and guidance in custom deck design/building, paverstone patios, sunrooms and outdoor entertainment design consultation and quality building techniques. Over the years, we have found that most of our customers have one thing in common, they apprecaite and demand quality. In the outdoor entertainment industry, it is not enough to offer creative deck designs, the highest quality building products available, and reliable, skilled workmanship; there must also be a quality in our communications, a profeesional attitude in our relationship and a complete understanding of our customer, with their own special needs. At Driscoll Signature Decks, we sign our work on a plaque. Our Signatures are our commitment to quality. Driscoll Signature Decks, Inc. is a New Jersey Corporation with mandatory license and insurance requirements. Most contractors' business is set up as a Sole Proprietor, a DBA (Doing Business As - Filing in their name) or a Partnership. A New Jersey Home Improvement License requires ONLY General Liability Insurance, and NOT Workers Compensation Insurance. All Driscoll Decks onsite employees are covered by Workers Compensation Insurance and a Certificate is mailed to our customers as a named co-insured prior to the start of the work. Driscoll Decks describes in writing all the material used to build your deck such as: the material used to build the substructure, type/color/manufacture of decking boards, type/color/manufacturer of railing systems, including color; fiberglass decks should state 2.0oz mat fiberglass/resins, all access doors removed w/fiberglass the doorpan, siding removed w/fiberglass 8-10" up houseline walls. When a building permit is required, Driscoll Decks will prepare the building application for our customers. A "potential" timeframe start/finish date is written into the Driscoll Decks Purchase Agreement. Our mission is to exceed our customer's expectations, to be the Jersey Shore's most reliable, customer-focused outdor-living specialists. We believe that maintaining satisfied customers is our only course to job security. As individuals, we work on a team. As a team, we share the commitment to: Work with our customers, their ideas and lifestyles, Provide value in utilizing the highest quality products available, Design and build a custom deck, fiberglass deck, sunroom and/or paver patio in a timely and professional manner, And, guarantee our customer's satisfaction.
