Description of Work: My wife called Lawrenceville Home Improvement for an inspection of our front door and estimate to replace it if necessary. They were very responsive to our needs, timely and professional in their recommendation to not replace the door and instead propose what repairs could address our situation. We were very pleased with their level of knowledge and transparency. If we ever need to replace door or windows, we'll be sure to call them up!

Description of Work: So far they have installed new windows and sliding doors leading to our deck. They did it in one day!! Considering the problems they faced working with an older house, I was very impressed with how effectively they solved them and finished the work. | |They were also careful to call me whenever a decision had to be made, e.g., which way should the door slide, where do you want the partially open lock to be? At the end they cleaned up perfectly. My kitchen floor was cleaner than when they started the job. I still have two more doors for them to install - the front entry way and the door to the garage. The holdup is waiting for approvals from our housing association not with the company. | |The overall price is high for the work because we selected top quality windows and doors.

Description of Work: Lawrenceville Home Improvement installed 24 new windows + 1 new bay window; new double front doors, new side door, new sliders to deck, new connecting door from garage to house. In addition to the window project they also installed new shutters and gutters along with 4 new interior doors and two replacement sliding closet doors. Everything looks fantastic, the quality is great and so far no issues. We enjoyed working with James who provided us with an estimate and followed up with us during the project. The workmanship is to a very high quality. The installers were very respectful of our home. James provided us help and guidance when making window and door selections and provided examples of our choices in the form of photos on an iPad mini (pretty neat!). Overall we are very pleased with the work Lawrenceville Home Improvement did for us and expect we will use them in the future for other projects around our home.

Description of Work: They subcontracted insulation in attic to AllStates. I asked Lawrenceville to include removing old insulation and then vacuuming before putting new insulation down---the subcontractor baulked, but did it. Then AllStates tried to use one 12" vent spacer between each 18" eave. They had to go to Home Depot to get the right size. The job was scoped by Lawrenceville, who didn't give the subcontractor the eave space dimensions. The job was done right eventually, but only because the homeowner had to watch the workers closely. Lawrenceville asked me to pay more, but removing old insulation and vacuuming was in the original specs! And who would pay extra for new insulation over old stuff and not vacuum the Inevitable animal droppings? | |In fairness other siding and interior work was directly done by them very nicely, timely, at retail prices.

Description of Work: We had an old gutter that needed replacing. Company came in with good estimate and got back to us in a timely manner. All work done professionally. Total cost in line with estimate. Highly recommend Lawrenceville Home Improvement.
